Job OverviewWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Loan Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously reviewing a variety of reports on a daily basis to ensure the highest level of loan execution. This role requires a keen understanding and adherence to procedures at the utmost level of execution.
A Typical Day The Home Loan Specialis t is an entry level role supporting the Third Party Origination channel. As the Home Loan Specialist , you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include
Report Review: Thoroughly review daily reporting pertaining to loan execution, process accuracy, and alignment to guidelines.
Data Entry: Enter pertinent data into Loan Origination Systems accurately and efficiently, maintaining data integrity throughout the process.
Issue Identification and Escalation: Identify any discrepancies, errors, or potential issues during the review process and escalate them to the appropriate channels for resolution in a timely manner.
Opportunity Recognition: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the loan origination workflow.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to address concerns, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain focus during repeating tasks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Mortgage industry experience preferred
