Nikki was very professional and explained everything that was going on with the A/C in our home. She was very kind and helpful even while telling us that we had to replace the unit. Then she helped make that happen.

Turns out it wasn’t an HVAC or plumbing issue but he took the time to troubleshoot so I could develop a game plan and find the right people (roofer)

I had an issue where the lever from the bath tub came out making the shower inoperable. Goettl came out fast and took care of the issue in minutes. They are always super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and they are hands down the best plumbing company in vegas.

Hello I just wanted to say that I had Robert and Arturo come to my house and clean my vents and ducts and seal them and they did a wonderful job and I will be asking to request them to come out in the future they did the job great and had great customer service as well and went above and beyond 5 stars

Well.....for 89.00 we got a flash light so....I guess that's better then the 10,500.00 for a water heater. Scammers

I’ve been without AC for a long time as I was working with a terrible home warranty that I ultimately cancelled. Afterward, I sent numerous quote requests through the better business bureau website and got not a single reply. I always see this company’s advertisem*nts so I gave them a call directly and they scheduled to come out first thing the following morning (in the middle of busy vegas summer). The cost of the service call was also roughly 20% cheaper than through my warranty.The hvac tech that arrived was very friendly and more importantly very knowledgeable about the technology. Before this, I had service attempted 3 times prior and was told that valves leaked, compressor broke, don’t have long enough ladders etc. This guy was on site for less than 5 minutes and immediately noticed my air handler was incorrect which anyone would’ve suspected. Then, he further noted that the compressor/condenser was in fact operational , but nearly two decades older than the handler. So, it was basically revealed that the prior owner didn’t want to fix the real issue and instead rigged a cheaper AC air handler in the condo. The two units didn’t actually work well together and this resulted in a reoccurring leak.So, I decided to go with a new unit (both the handler and condenser/compressor). The financing option was quick and simple. And the turnaround for installation was one day.The following morning , I arrived home from night shift and they greeted me about 20 mins later. A split team of guys tackled the roof unit and air handler inside. They orchestrated their steps with walkie talkies making the installation only take the 4-5 hours of my morning.Considering that they had to do some sawing and minor remodeling of the wall area to fit the new handler, it looks quite clean. However, there are areas where there are holes with temporary patches. Not a problem though, because they are sending someone else out to correctly patch and model the drywall holes.I should be looking 100% very soon.I do wish the units were cheaper , but if you’re looking for a service that is honest, quick, professional , and knowledgeable then Goettl is a great choice to make.** the photo below is post completion of installation. They arrived early. Unexpected since it is summerish in Las Vegas. Since I know nothing about A/C units, I was at their mercy. They fixed it two years ago. This time, my 25 year old unit needs to be replaced. They plan to do it today. More later.

Technician Christian was very reassuring that he could get the job done and understood my concerns. Knowledgeable about his trade and did make the needed repair.

Nice but omg... way too commission driven. Impossible to have a real discussion. Goettl will not do a simple call or simple repair. ALWAYS sales driven in a used car salesman kind of way. Gig is up... everyone knows yall pay on commission. Definitely can't trust that type of repairman.

Daniel S. was very polite and very professional. My rating is ONLY for Daniel and also for being able to take my call at 3A and to get an appt on the books by 9A. HOWEVER, GOETTYL pricing is absurd! I was quoted, over the phone, If it is just a simple capacitor, it would only be about $100. I figured that this was fair, if so, to not have to 'deal' with replacing it (I've done this easy job many times). Guess what - Turns out it actually was the capacitor. It was quickly replaced by Daniel, the system working again... then comes the price... $525 just for the part! A/C capacitors can be easily ordered, same day delivery, between $10-$20 only!!! GOETTYL is attempting to charge more than 25-50x the cost of a part that takes no more than 5min to SAFELY replace!! I politely paid the service fee and asked for their part to be removed. After the technician had left, I checked for and, sure enough, found I already had a spare capacitor, just in case. Because I had to grab tools, I will say it took me approx. 10min to SAFELY replace the cap. and the system is now working perfectly. Additional spare capacitors are already on order, for less than the GOETTYL service call (which was discounted to $50; Normally $80-$90). Look, I understand companies need to make a profit, which is why I was willing to pay the quoted (over the phone) estimate of approx. $100 for a capacitor that only costs $10-$20. But, you've got to be out of your mind with this highway robbery of $525 for a $10-$20 part and 10min of labor time. Again, the technician, Daniel, was wonderful and polite. So was the phone agent that booked the appt.. The pricing is not their fault. GOETTYL Ops. Management should be ashamed.

It was such a great experience from start to finish! Everyone from scheduling to service technicians very kind, friendly, and kind. They listened to my concerns, listed the possible causes, then went through each one to check it off the list. The techs explained what was happening and I got to see video of before and after the unclogging of the lines. I couldn’t be happier with my service call. We have now become members of the Sadie Club!

Nato was sooo nice and super professional! He made sure to educate me on how to keep my drain clean. Will definitely be using Goettl again. Also, customer service team was awesome as well. From Becky to dispatch to inform me they were 30-45 minutes out. Just upbeat and positive all around.

I had my water heater replaced by Ivan. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. He cleaned up during and after the install. Hauled away my old tank. Top notch service from start to finish.

Ford was extremely friendly and helpful. I love a service that will take the time to really break down all your options be transparent with the concerns and offer any solutions that could be viable with all of the prices so you can make an informed decision. Ford was great at this and I appreciated his understanding and willingness to walk me through everything. If the service continues like this I am very excited to continue working with this company!! Also my daughter loves the stuffed dogs they gave her!!

The five stars are not for work I had done by Goettl, but for the customer service after a slightly misdiagnosed estimate on my AC unit that was a fairly expensive amount ,after which I got a second opinion from another company and their diagnosis turned out to be correct and quite a bit cheaper. I was a little disappointed with having paid a service fee to Goettl after finding out the tech was incorrect about my repair options. I reached out to Goettl in hopes of either getting a full or partial refund on my service fee. It took a couple of days to hear back from them , but when I did , it was the local Las Vegas manager Manny who called me. Manny was extremely friendly and very sincere about resolving my concern , but it became clear quite quickly he was not going to refund my whole $89 service fee or even a partial refund of the fee. This guy went straight to offering to cover my repair fee from the other company to make up for the not so great experience and misdiagnosis. I about dropped my phone at this point. I am not sure I should go into specific numbers , but lets just say that this repair amount was literally 20 times more than the original service fee. I mean really, who does that ? Well it seems Goettl did , because at the time of writing this I have already received that payment. Thank you Manny !!! I went from thinking I would probably never reach out to Goettl again to thinking when I do need to buy a new AC unit they would be my first call , because I believe if there were any issues after the fact they would go way up and above to make sure things were set straight. Thank you again Manny and Goettl for such a generous resolution to a slightly disappointing experience.Jeff B

I had a persistent toilet clogging issue so Goettl assigned Dustin Griffith to my case. I work very late and he showed up at a time I was home. Dustin was very professional and an overall great guy. He unclogged my toilet and gave me some great homeowner plumping tips to avoid further issues. 10/10 would recommend.

I was out of town and a pipe burst in my laundry room. The only one home was my granddaughter and I told her to call Goettl. They came out and fixed it in15 minutes. They also just installed my new A/C units which are working perfectly.

I called to give me a free estimate at first he said we charge to give an estimate because we he to Diogenes the system I said I just need to change an evaporator I need to know approximately how much. The he said okay, he took all my information then he said we have to charge you and he changed his words. Do not trust someone who changes his words.

This is the outfit you want for a/c. First experience was a Rejuuuuuuuvination service. The tech was just the kind of guy you want to come to your house and do this. He allowed me to shadow him both outside and inside while he worked, tested and diplomatically critiqued past service, the condition of the 20 year old equipment and the catastrophe that was the duct work in the attic. At the end of the day, we went with a complete remove/replace of our a/c system. 3 trucks, 6 men showed up and the entire job was done in an 8 hour work shift. I expected 2+ days. They are the most hard working, considerate and gracious crew I've ever watched in action. Go with Goettl. You'll be glad you did.Photos: Boys with Flashlights arrive. Hospital grade ducting. Kenneth came out to repair my system. Very professional with the job. He explained everything to me during the repair and showed me pictures so I could see what was going on. Will use them again for future needs.

Had a toilet leak right before leaving for work. Called Goettl, made the appointment and Alex Mojica got here right on time. Alex was amazing and made me so happy I went with Goettl as opposed to any of the other plumbing companies out there. He’s knowledgeable and thorough. Did things the right way and his work was clean. Def will ask for him when we need anything done in the future. Thank you Alex and thank you Goettl. Def worth the price hiring the best!!

Dustin was absolutely awesome and truly seemed to care. He was efficient,super courteous, and had good quality work. He answered all of our questions and did his best to accommodate all of our asks of him.He is definitely a 10 star guy! And now that he convinced me to become a Sadie member I will be asking for him every time.Only reason for the 3 stars is that the manager quoted $500 and my husband and I were relieved and then a couple moments later said sorry he typed in the wrong pipe size and it jumped to $900 🥺. A pretty big blow to day the least. I wish the initial price could have been honored or compromised on. And then I received the invoice and it stated $1900 which severely shocked me. At least they got that cleared up but between the expensive prices and the disorganization it really tainted the experience.

Kevin Urrutia is very kind and very handsome he’s my savior he lent me his personal portable air conditioner for I can sleep I’ve been in the hospital for the past 16 days goettl is very lucky to have him on their team.

Morgen was excellent, professional, and kept us informed about the job he was doing and how it was going.

They were quick to show up and take $89.00 for a service fee, but then no contact. They advised they needed to order a part and would get it the next day. The tech even gave his personal cell. When i called to follow up the next day he said he would call the office to get me on the schedule. Never heard from them so another day later i called the main office. They also said they would follow up and get me in the schedule for the repair. We are now the third day and i have yet to hear from them to even schedule. Really poor customer service and response. Had to go with a different option so the service charge was a moot point.

We are very satisfied with the quick response to our request. Devin took care of our problem in a very professional way. He is highly qualified and a great asset for your company.

March 30, 2021 - Had our 1 year maintenance for our two Air Conditioners. Paul Guthrie was awesome. The maintenance was needed before the Las Vega heat sets in. The Smart AC's had a little glitch with the capacitor and it stopped itself from burning up the compressor. Paul did a great job of fixing that and cleaning the units. Appreciate the trained professional that he was. I have attached a photo of Paul Guthrie hard at work on one of our Units! Thanks Paul! So glad we bought these from Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing.March 2020 - After seeing on television and the radio ads, we decided to give Goettl a call regarding our heating and air situations. We ended up going with 2 new air conditions that will not need that coolant that will not be available or pricey soon. We've had nothing but problems with our home since moving in 2006. We purchased a new house from Signature homes. Everything was messed up from the zone system they installed. After years of struggles with this, we had enough. Goettl representative came out, went up into the attic and inspected the vents and ductwork. We then opted to go with Goettl for a complete new furnace and have the zone system removed. The new system is amazing. Now all of our rooms have heat, no cold rooms, 4 master bedrooms later, we are all comfortable.The technicians were proficient, professional and prompt. It was amazing how all the heating, A/C's, and redesign of our attic duct work was completed on schedule. The office staff was great about reminder calls, calls when techs were coming and follow-up.We are 100% happy with Goettl. We are now contemplating the tankless water heater and removing our old soft-water tank being replaced and update.Thank you Goettl for the great work all your teams have done to our home. We also was able to take advantage of the 0% interest for one year to get the system in ASAP. Thank you again to all the technians and especially to Zack for the follow-up call. Sadie is definitely right-on with approving these workers.

We have had this company for many years and they came today to service the AC and they did absolutely nothing. He spent most of his time sitting in his truck. He was milking it because the company told him to. We called and complained to them because they always cancel the appointments that we have made. When we had a service man before they hosed out the screens in side the AC unit. This serviceman did nothing. He was very nice only because the company told him to be nice. Every time we looked out the window he was sitting inside his truck. He was here for 45 minutes and did absolutely nothing. We told him he did not need to go into the attic as we already had 20 inches of insulation installed. We pay you $200 a year for servicing our AC and they call and cancel us and send a guy out here to sit in his truck and take a few pictures.

We got an ac service, the guy said he would come back at 4pm to discuss some issues he had found. He didn’t show up, but over three hours later I got a text saying he got busy. I replied and said I’d still like to discuss the issues, but never got a reply about this. The technician also didn’t close my furnace properly after he checked it and the next day I couldn’t get my ac to work upstairs. I had to call a technician from a different company, who came to my property and explained the furnace door wasn’t fitted properly, the screws hadn’t been put back in the door, so it had opened and that wouldn’t allow my ac to work!! I would not recommend this company.Update: the company replied to my review, stating the manager would contact me to discuss the issues I’ve raised. Well, unsurprisingly, there has been no contact and no resolution to the issues I faced.

Glad to be a Sadie member of Goettl for over 2 years now. They maintain all my systems from heating & A/C to water heater and plumbing. Feels nice to have house utilities running efficiently. Phone and in-person customer service is top notch. Every employee who comes to our house is courteous, respectful, professional, knowledge and clean. Thanks Sadie!

Goettl Air conditioning and plumbing in Las Vegas is only professional in selling you a new AC unit whether or not you need it. We had an electrical wiring problem with the line the melted and feeds energy to our AC unit. They charged us 1500 for nothing but fake parts they say we needed. They never put parts in the unit. We fought with Goettle for three days. We called another company and found out it was an electrical wiring problem not the AC. 5 days later at 116 degrees each day we got an electrician to change out the wire and it is now working. Your company is a scam, selling new units to desperate people in the middle of a heat wave.

Purchased a home that was previously served by Goettl. They put locks on the AC units. Goettl refuses to remove the locks. We have had 2 name band service companies out and they do not have keys for the locks. Very unprofessional and we will NEVER use Goettl.

I’ve used Goettl several times, HVAC & plumbing, and I’m done. although the work is fine, it’s no better or worse than anybody else’s. But only one time do I feel like they were fair. Every other time has been a ridiculous upsell. If you want something simple done, they’ll either upsell you to something ridiculous and you’ll pay it or you’ll just have somebody else do it, or, if you’re handy enough yourself, you’ll just do it. For me, I’m handy enough my self, it’s just that I live 500 miles away and so it doesn’t help to have them look at something for me only to find out that replacing $150 shower valve is going to cost me $3000 and I can buy a plane ticket myself and go do it or something as simple as a water softener turns out to be the most premium thing in the world and cost $9000. I’m done with Goettl.

The professionalism that I received and the kindness was a plus. With my membership I didn't have to pay for them to come in and check if I had any issues. I had 2 issues and it was taken care of on the spot.

Very thorough and showed me exactly what need to be replaced and how everything would work. If you need a plumber ask for Ron when you call to set up your appointment.

He was very helpful and polite. He did his work. He show me what was wrong fixed it and left very kind understanding. I think him for a service.

James Hickingbottom was the technician that came out to do my repair. He was very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Kevin was very professional and even gave us a Mascot and Flashlight from Goettl. He listened politely what was wrong and patiently talked with Rheem warranty what the problem was and what parts needed to be ordered since we don’t have water heater for almost a month now. The home warranty we have assigned us with Right Guys HVAC and ordered a Water inlet connector without opening the Panel and not discussing it with Rheem warranty. We’re glad with Goettl and Kevin, I would recommend them any time.

Randy is awesome and has done a perfect service of draining cleaning after my plugged drains needed to be undone. Also having my main drain replaced after Randy's recommendation. Dino has helped me out for a proper price to get my main line in a 1968 house repaired! Randy was also very thorough detailed inspected showed me everything! It could not have gotten any better!

My AC stopped working this week, so u went online to make an appointment for someone to come and take a look. Their website was very user friendly for scheduling the appointment. They stayed in communication with me prior to the appointment and Top arrived, did his inspection, and explained to me the issue. The repair time was nice and quick and my house is now cool again.

Mr. Jun was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. Hope I always have him working with me, by the end of the appointment I was very reassured with his explanations and even signed up for yearly checkups on my AC and plumbing which I was originally skeptical about.

Outstanding customer service. The Person who answered (i think his name is Robert) was extremely patient, understanding and pleasant to speak to. The operator told me the plumber would be at my house within an hour (which was fast in my opinion), But the plumber actually showed up in 15min!! AWESOME!!The plumber CJ showed up and is one of the most professional, postive, and energetic person I have encountered in any profession. He found the source of our leak within minutes. He broke down what what the cause, what to do to stop the leak, and what is needed to repair the leak. He didn't fix the yet problem due having a flooring company remove the flooring removed to get to the pipes. But I will definitely call them once that is done.Do not hesitate to consider Goettl for your A/C and plumbing needs. I can't imagine any company better than them.

Christian L. saved us in the middle of 110°F weather! Our ancient AC unit failed us and after calling several companies, Goettl was the only one that could squeeze us in. Christian was courteous, offered advice on caring for our system, aMs explained everything clearly and without condescendence. Thank you Goettl team!

I called them and they were here within an hour for our estimate. They even gave us an $800 senior discount.They were responsive to where we wanted it mounted and are making it work perfect.( mini split system in our garage).Install tomorrow. These guys are awesome.

The cost of parts were about 3 times what they were about 2 + years ago. A $200 capacitor was now $600 dollars.

We had some plumbing issues and Goettl sent two technicians the very same day. Brennan and Dustin were very professional and informative. They let us know what the problem was and we’re very thorough with the inspection. We are very satisfied with their services and their great customer service.

I don’t like most of the Goettl commercials but a lot of the staff are great. Recent person to help is Dalton Hoskins. Similar interests and experiences. Checked over house and offered solutions. Didn’t pressure into buying or up-charging things.

He was polite, knowledgeable and for any questions he had he was able to make contact immediately with his superiors. They send me estimates quickly for the three concerns I had, and I am very pleased.

2 HVAC units replaced both on the roof work was clean, quick and professional. A bit expensive, still waiting for a flashlight.

Dealing with AC issues / replacement is generally unpleasant. But, our tech David was great from start to finish. He is such a knowledgeable, professional, and outright nice person to work with especially for these types of huge AC related issues. We did have another company come out before coming across Goettl mostly for familiarity. But we felt that tech was just a salesperson and wasn’t anywhere near as knowledgeable as David.David was a straight shooter and walked us through every step of the way. I jokingly asked if he could just be the tech to always service our house as I didn’t know that could be requested. I honestly will request him for any issue. For anybody unsure of what company to go with for A/C, David / Goettl are highly recommended!

Efficient service with replacing a motor from an outside unit. Great followup with setting up service to add more insulation in the attic and cleaning out all the ducts in the house. All done and way more comfortable now. Luv it!

I wanted to see the condition of our 2 older Goodman 5 ton (18 yrs) and Amana 3 ton (16 yrs) package units. so I ordered the rejuvenation maintenance so prevalent in all the TV ads. I am very good about changing out the filters and we keep our thermostats in 82 to 86 degree range in the summer, so the units are not abused. Still I was curious what Goetll would say.Before the appointment I was contacted by Dustin (I believe) who noted that with two units I might be interested in the Sadie Guard Dog Protection Plan. It was a good looking plan and for both units not much more than 2 rejuvenataions. I accepted it.On appointment day Kevin arrived on time after a text confirmation the day before and another 30 minutes or so before arrival time. He was a sharp young man, very business like but in a friendly and caring way. I showed him the inlet registers and opened the ladder to the attic so he could look around. He documented with photos everything. Next he had me turn on both of the AC units he went up on the roof.About 30-40 minutes or so later we sat down and he went over the system with me on a tablet with photos of both units both inside and out. He showed me areas of concern (of which there were many) Ideally the units probably should be replaced as their average lifespan is already in the higher range.We are planning on selling the house sometime in the future, and explained it all to Kevin. I am on a fixed income with a bit of disability from Agent Orange and my wife only works part time. I asked him to give the minimum recommendations. He called James (a supervisor?) and explained the situation and the recommendations. They were both very understanding and helpful.Ultimately they made a minimal recommendation of some specialty cleaning at a modest price and said if we decided at a later date either because of unit failure or need of repair or replacement that they would be there for us. I accepted that recommendation. Before ending our conversation James thanked me for my service. A nice touch.The emailed invoice included copies of all photos with detailed recommendations for additional things they felt should be done.This is a very well run business. I am not easily impressed.Kevin and James and actually Dustin. too were all great, well versed and well spoken. If the time comes where these units fail they will be who I talk to first.

I was forced to rate 1 star they charged $89 to come out and give an insane price just to not fix it with them so they make $89 but still leave you with the problem I don't even believe his diagnostic would not recommend it to anyone just to let you know what you will be dealing with

Would not recommend for Rinnai Tankless Water Heater Service.The below feedback has been provided to the company and have not garnered a response. Beware of using for plumbing related requests.Kevin and Maui were both very pleasant, friendly, respectful and I had no concerns at all with welcoming them into my home.I requested your team come for a water heater rejuvenation, and unfortunately that is where I have my concern. My hot water was fluctuating from hot to cold on a regular basis, and through some light research determined the water heater may need to be flushed, as it was required at least once per year and in my area (Las Vegas) we have particularly hard water. This was never done over the 10 yrs the house has been owned, so it was a strong potential culprit. However, they were unable to perform the service due to the unit not flushing properly. But it was the fact that they had to constantly call other plumbers in your company to troubleshoot, they pretty much spent the entire time on video calls with other plumbers asking for their input/advice. That led me to believe their skillset with plumbing and dealing with water heater units was not to the level it should have been and perhaps the folks being called should have been the ones that were sent over. At the end of the service, I was advised we would need to change out our gaskets on all interior faucets due to cold mixing with hot at the faucet themselves (they are the combo faucets, not the single hot / cold ones). What perplexed me is that when trying to flush the water heater, they opened the pressure overflow valve and also verified water coming directly out of the water heater was fluctuating between hot and cold, therefore pointing to the water heater as the likely cause. At the end, they said they would send a quote for the work of replacing the gaskets, and have yet to receive it, but they estimated it would be roughly $1K. When given this recommendation, I asked about the water coming from the overflow valve fluctuating and the tech said the gaskets need to be fixed before, as they were the likely cause of the hot/cold fluctuation, not fixing the water heater first. In the end, I was charged $89 for the visit, nothing was done and I received a recommendation from 2-3 other plumbers who were not even on-site, not your direct technicians.I'm requesting a refund of the $89 as I feel the service was inadequate and also incorrect, defaulting to spending more on fixing something when the upstream cause of the problem isn't yet resolved.I have a tremendous amount of respect for your company and you helped us replace a HVAC unit not that long ago, so wanted to try and resolve this with you prior to posting anything on Yelp or Social. But as it stands today, I would suggest anyone with a plumbing/tankless water heater issue to look elsewhere for service.They have not responded to this email to their company, also submitted it through their customer service chat line. But it's been 3 weeks no call back, therefore negative review. I guess I got an $89 Goettl sticker on my water heater and a cute, cheap flashlight that doesn't work!

Kevin did a great job on my AC service. He explained everything that was going on with my system and cleaned it up to help it run efficiently in our vegas summer heat.

I would leave negative starts if possible. I bought an ac system for 1800 dollars a few years ago, this guy named Christian inspected my system after it wasn't getting cold anymore, he gave me an estimate of 10,000 dollars to fix it.... I told him it cost 1800 dollars new, he didn't blink and stayed with his 10k estimate. I told him no way and inspected the system myself afterwords, it was just a valve that needed tightening, that took 30 seconds to fix. This level of untrustworthiness is unacceptable, avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing but scammers under the guise of we are really good and don't skip steps. It's all a marketing scam, call absolutely anyone else.

The repairmen were friendly and knowledgeable. The repairmen put covers on their shoes and cleaned up after themselves. When they left you couldn't even know they were here. They even took the extra step of installing my wireless thermostat. I would definitely use Goettl again!!

Scott - the plumber who came out was very professional and ensured the job was done with the utmost care, taking his time with the finer details of the project. He helped improve the quality of the install and corrected a lot of the problems we’ve previously had with our toilet. His customer service was above and beyond your typical repairman.Let me be clear - you are going to pay a premium for whatever the project entails, but at the end of the day the attention to detail was worth every penny to me.

Very fast response times, higher prices. Overall I did not have a bad experience with this company my technician Roy came out and explained everything to me and was very nice. Receptionist was also very nice but unfortunately it was just a little bit out of my price range so I had to look around and found a more reasonable price.

Our experience with Gottel has been wonderful. We had our yearly plumbing inspection and Milton was our tech. He was very professional, has fantastic people skills, and explained everything that he was doing. Overall, he was an absolute delight to have conversation with and did an excellent job with the inspection. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are wonderful.

Had them out for service on Wednesday. Tech added 2lbs of freon. $400Sunday ac is not working. Blowing hot air. Called them out again. Tech can't figure out problem. There's a leak somewhere and he can't find. Leak detection crew will be out Monday between 8:30 and 11. Noone shows up. Call them at 11:30. There's nothing scheduled for you. Finally we get, Our most senior leak tech will be there in 30 minutes. This guy🤦🏻‍♀️ Matt. He told us 3 different stories about our ac. We can't find a leak. It's the coil $6000. It's this It's that.....we can get the parts but it will take 2 months $3000 oh, here's the leak but we won't touch it. If you need it done now, you need to replace the system. $9000Ok, let us think about it. Called another company. They come out within an hour. Right away he finds the leak and not where goettl said it was. Leak fixed, 13 lbs of freon and $900 later.....we have ac again.Goettl charged $89 for the first visit plus freon at $155 per gallon. 2nd person charged $50 per gallon and $150 for visit and repair.If you want an honest ac guy, reach out and I will tell you who to go with.

I had an excellent experience with Goettl when my water heater started leaking on Thanksgiving day after only 6 years. I put in a call Friday morning and by the afternoon Goettl dispatched a team to my residence. The tech's, James and Tony were courteous, competent and professional. I also greatly appreciated the handsome veteran's discount I received. A quick, seamless, job well done. I would definitely recommend Goettl to my friends.

Technicians Christian and Tony performed rejuvenation service on my heating system. During the service they noticed that my heating coils needed cleaning. They recommended the service as a preventive maintenance to prolong system operation. They were very knowledgeable and totally professional in regards to what needed to be done.Being retired and not having a lot of money, they worked with me to make the service cost affordable on my income. Christian and Tony went above and beyond to meet my needs.I have another appointment with Goettl next Thursday November 17, 2022 and I’m hoping Christian and Tony will be available to keep that appointment.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. As a person on a fixed income, I chose to sign up for the annual maintenance plan which saved on my service call. I am certain maintenance will prevent future service calls. My technician Glen was great, he explained what he was looking for and explained the process in a way I could understand. He told me the notations he put with my service call in case my unit does need future service. He took the time to make sure it was working properly, rather than just going through the motions. They came to do the yearly tune up. After they were done the AC is no longer working. I called in to try and get the technician back and got the runaround. I got hung up on twice by their “customer service” professional named Andrew. We have had nothing but problems with this company. Do not ever use them for anything. The only reason we even had them come out is because we bought our AC unit from them and it has a lifetime warranty but only through them.

Well I had to retract my previous review and give Goettl 5 stars because this last week they really went above and beyond to fix our plumbing nightmare. Kaleb installed our plumbing and it looks great! Really nice guy and knows his stuff. Francis came out and was just wonderful. He listened and gave lots of insight. He was more than helpful and very respectful and we would request him for any future calls. Chris, who is the service manager that ultimately had to come out and save the day, was able to get our leak to stop. In less than an hour he was able to find and fix the problem with ease. He clearly has years of experience under his belt and I am more than confident in his work. Chris was so nice and came as soon as we spoke even though I believe he was supposed to be getting off work at that time. Chris has a genuine compassion for people. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and definitely saved Goettl from losing a Sadie Member. Thanks to Chris we love and highly recommend Goettl.

Brandon was my Goettl rep this time around. He was very prompt and professional. Really spent time taking detailed pictures up in the attic and explaining what each and everything does. Also took pics of my ducts to show it didn't need any cleaning.I am on the membership plan which gives me a A/C and Heat inspection/rejuvination yearly and it's been worth it just to make sure my system is running smoothly before the hot summers and nothing too dangerous happens when the heat is running.

These SCAM artists shouldn’t have a business license! I don’t know how they haven’t been investigated by the better business bureau yet! We will NEVER use Goettl again and will tell everyone we know about their work ethics (or lack thereof).We used Goettl 4 years ago to replace a water heater, and a few other things in between- so when our water heater burst a few days ago- of course we called them back assuming it would still be under warranty. Well, they send a technician by the name of Ford Bhirdo out who tells my husband that it’s not under warranty anymore and gave us a single quote for $4 THOUSAND dollars to replace the water heater.Now this isn’t our first home, and certainly isn’t our first water heater needing replacement, so my husband pointed out that we could go to Lowe’s and get a water heater for less than 1k, to which the technician Ford Bhirdo responded “ya well good luck getting that installed” and he promptly left.Come to find out, I called up Van Marcke after the technician left and they informed me that our water heater was STILL UNDER WARRANTY FOR 2 MORE YEARS! Goettl straight up LIED to our faces and said it wasn’t under warranty and the best quote they could give was 4 THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace a water heater that was STILL UNDER WARRANTY! THIEVES!I went to Van Marcke, paid $108 to swap out the water heater under warranty and paid LESS THAN $500 to have a licensed plumber come out and swap out the water heater the next day!GOETTL should be ASHAMED of themselves…. How many older people are they scamming out of THOUSANDS of dollars and how many people are they LYING TO about their warranties?!!?! Attempting to overcharge soo egregiously is not only dishonest, but it’s unethical! This company needs to be shut down!We called Goettl and told them to cancel the previous $200/year protection plan we had signed up for with them and told them to LOSE our contact information! I’d recommend anyone else, do the same. Or just flush the $100’s down the toilet- as that would make more sense than paying these SCAM ARTISTS! These people will take your money, LIE TO YOUR FACE, and attempt to overcharge you THOUSANDS of dollars for a few hundred dollar job!I’d give ZERO stars if that was an option….

Nikki showed up on time and did my service of my heater. She was so amazing and thorough. Kept me informed and we talked about my options of cleaning my ducts. She for me went above and beyond with checking everything and making sure I understood my options. I was very happy with this service and her knowledge.

The technician came to my house on a DTV shower system, that I went over the system and model # with the operator that made the appointment, assured me they would be able to assist. They did not know anything and said they would get back to me after speaking with Kohler and I have never heard back, even after I called to ask about the results and the operator said they would get with the lead tach and call me back, and that still hasn’t happened. So I won’t be doing business with this again. Thank you

Scott went above and beyond! This is the 2nd time we have used Goettl to unclog a toilet, and the first guy was fine. But Scott was really friendly, and answered questions and was generally very pleasant to be around. He fixed the clog and tightened up a couple ot things, and we were as good as new! If we call again, I really hope they send Scott

Goettl tried to shamelessly swindle me on 01/04/2023. I am a single, female homeowner. I paid a $149 service fee and the Goettl technician came to look at the hot water heater. It had started to leak and wasn’t working. He said it needed to be replaced. When he called someone at Goettl to get me a quote on installing a new, basic 40-gallon gas water heater (not tankless and nothing special), he returned with an obscenely high quote. The quote range I was provided was from $4000 to over $5000 (yes… 4 to 5+ grand) for installation of a hot water heater. Because I had a 50-gallon replaced with almost exact circ*mstances only months ago at a property out-of-area, I was shocked by the quote. When I asked the technician for specifics about why it was so high, I was told it included the new appliance, installation, a warranty, and disposal. I obviously went with a different licensed company today (01/05/2023) and spent $1450. My experience with Goettl was underwhelming and frankly, upsetting. I wouldn't trust them and I wouldn’t waste $149 on a service call- they seem perfectly fine trying to prey on and exploit their customers.

The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable! I appreciated that they wore masks as my husband has a compromised immune system. I forgot about the free flashlight thing from the radio ads! It didn't seem super cheap either.I needed a new air conditioner because my compressor was dead. They had different air conditioner options and finance options with a few companies. Everything was very straight-forward and there was plenty of transparency. They were even able to do a same-day installation after the quote! They put in new thermostats with wifi capabilities so that we could change the temperature with apps on our phones. The box of branded goodies was super cute as well.The new air conditioner works great and much better than our old one ever did! Thank you!!!

I am a new resident of Las Vegas and I am not to familiar with services here in Las Vegas. Goettl is legit. I trust them and trust their services. Our technician, Daniel Chavarian was very courteous, respectful, and honest. I will use Goettl for all my hvac and plumbing needs. They are very professional and I like their attention to customer needs and satisfaction. I thought I was going to receive a flashlite😁

Quick and well done installation of a rooftop AC. The positives end there. My grandmother still calls these guys theives when their ad comes on the TV. They offered her a 10% discount if she gave a five star review where she named the installer. She never received that discount. My grandmother financed this purchase. She was paying extra every month to try to buy down the loan faster, she soon realized her principal wasn't going down any faster. She was informed that she wasn't paying down the principle, but instead applying the additional amount to the interest. That's not how loans work. PAY CASH, DO NOT LET THESE LIARS/THIEVES TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH

The tech, Adrian, arrived on time and was friendly and professional. My AC unit sits on top of a two story roof and it is highly dangerous to climb up there. Adrian climbed his ladder atop of my roof saw my unit’s coils were dirty and needed a good scrubbin’! He climbed down his ladder to retrieve his hose. He hooked it up to a bib nearby and climbed back up to the rooftop and gave my coils a rub a dub scrub. It smelled so good in my home like bubbles, I loved the care my unit was receiving. I highly recommend Goettl and believe they have an asset of an employee / technician. Thank you for doing things the right way, not the easy way!

Josias was excellent today. He found out right away what was wrong and didn't try to up sell any extra repairs. Very polite and understanding. Answered all my questions with out me having to ask.

David showed up on time and he did an outstanding job above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend him to anyone I give him five stars.

Nikki was friendly and knowledgeable. She assessed our situation and got us on the path to cold air again the same day.

James the repairman was very nice. It took him more then hour to clear drain. He suggested that I have the line mini jetted. He showed me on the camera the before and after. I was satisfied with the work. I was not real happy and maybe I should have shopped around for a better price but mini jet a line less then 15 feet that took less then 20 minutes with equipment that cost just about 1/3 of what I was charged seems very unreasonable and excessive.

Top the technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand what he was doing very easy and clearly. I would definitely use Goettl again and refer them to friends and neighbors.

The technician, Angelo, couldn’t have been any nicer or more professional. He is definitely an asset to the company.

Daniel Stewart did an amazing job in figuring out why our a/c kept going out. We haven’t had a problem since his visit. He was very friendly and kept me informed as to what he was doing. On a scale of 1-10, he gets a 100!!

Last summer our AC unit broke down. We got a couple of quotes, and even though Goettl had a significantly higher price, we decided to go with them because they could install it sooner, and seemed to be more organized and professional. They replaced our entire HVAC system. Since the installation, they have been unable to balance the system properly after several service calls, the heating didn’t work once winter arrived, and the condensation line was improperly installed so water leaked through my ceiling electrical fixture in our laundry room. Opposite of their slogan, they seem to “do things the easy way, not the right way.”

Our tech Andrew Douglas came out today and let me just tell you that we had the best experience with him! Not only did he take his time to go over our plumbing issues, he also made sure we understood everything that was going on with our pipes. He helped us with our next steps to repair and just overall the company and himself have been a pleasure to work with! I recommend them for any needs you should have!

Ricardo S. came by to perform a rejuvenation on our AC units. After his initial evaluation, he informed me of a part that needed replacing to keep one of our units running at optimal performance. He also inspected the ducting in the attic to be sure there were no leaks, and we weren’t cooling our attic. Ricardo was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I made it a point to call Goettl and tell them of his performance.

All the Goettl employee's work like a family there. Everyone is so honest and caring!! Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. Kevin was here on time and we're going to have our new unit put in tomorrow!!

We received service within 3 hours of calling with a very nice professional technician ( Kennth) who diagnosed and solved our A/C problem in about an hour and had our A/C back up and running again which is important when it’s 109 outside.

Had a clogged drain called several companies they couldn't respond for several days. Then contacted Goettl they sent a technician within a few hours. Ronnie the technician was great professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Had the repair done in reasonable time. And didn't say there were any upchargers. A great job done for a fair price. Water stopped flowing out of a brand new faucet. It was fixed within 5 minutes. And I got a new flashlight and a stuffed dog that’s Goettl’s mascot!

After the initial coil cleaning he asked if I smoked my response was no Then your renters were heavy smokers was his response. He showed me the yellow nicotine on the the other So I had him clean it. I’m sure if he hadn’t told me about that the buildup would have shortened the life of my system

The Techs are fine but you need to get your Dispatch people to wake up and do their jobs! A phone call one or two days prior to service is a good idea, but a phone call 30-45 minutes prior to service SUCKS!

This review is for the individual plumber we had in our home from one of the major plumbing players in town. Matt Mendelson of Goettel came out to do an estimate for hooking up a roughed in sink we have. Unfortunately, it took longer than usual to get the estimate from his supervisor and project manager and it was waaaaay more than we expected, but Matt seemed to know exactly what needed to be done, prepared his analysis quickly and I'm sure would have done a great job. He was pleasant, polite and a good conversationalist while we waited. He put on booties to enter the house and his appearance was very professional. We're just sorry we couldn't come to terms with his Company. We would certainly consider Matt again for a different service or repair.

I’m a big fan of service before sales all day long! Goettl is the real deal! I love their commercials and how they sprinkle the value of the owner, employees, patents, and overall value this great company delivers! My house had a backup for the 3rd time, and I had enough. I am a Home Depot/Lowe’s do it yourselfer, but this time, enough was enough! My wife and I called the after hours hotline for the service request. Dante listened to our needs, and had the on call tech guy Andrew ready to call us back to handle the issue at hand that very evening. Having an idea what the extent of the issue at my home entailed, I was happy for the next morning service. Who likes to work in the nighttime? :)) Jane, the morning receptionist called me to confirm Andrew’s morning arrival. Andrew was able to clean out my issue, camera scope the internal pipes, and send details to the main office for a full report that they made ready for me to review with my servicer Andrew. I love this type of service, because it makes the pain of spending money not hurt so bad. Andrew found the root of the problem, and I knew it was cleared out, like he said he would do. But, I really wanted to know how we could correct the issue that would occur again in the future. Andrew was able to get me numbers, a project manager (Kaleb) to help outline the job, total cost, down payments, monthly payments, terms, and how long I could take if I needed time to pay off my new investment and piece of mind! You see, I knew I was going to have to solve a problem because this was the 3rd time this problem occurred. Once I was able to swallow the cost and plan to resolve, I wanted the overall job to be completed and done right even if it meant I pay a little more than a simple clean out fix. We were able to get the main issue resolved and my home’s internal pipes cleaned from top to bottom. Sure the parts were back ordered, and with the Thanksgiving week upon us, that didn’t help. The staff gave me updates on where everything was at in the shipping process! (Communication is key for me!) Allen & Jose did the internal pipe clean out, Tony & Josh did the trench digging along my front exterior where the foundation sits, and the main issue was located. Project MGR Kaleb did great communication with me and my wife for when the part was in, and Chris finished the job! These guys definitely made me feel like family, and I look forward to the next future job these guys will be doing when the time comes for my HVAC system. These guys have a great maintenance program, and I’m looking forward to all the extra services this Team has to offer. We recently had a clog in our kitchen sink. We called 3 plumbers and Goettl was the only one who responded. Since we called late in the afternoon, we were told they would be at our house between 8 and 12. Milton showed up with a huge smile on his face. I can't remember the exact time, but it was very close to 8am. He was able to snake the drain and let me know that we had a major issue further down the line. He showed me what he saw and said that a good flush was needed. I will absolutely call them back again when we need a plumber!

They came to my house within 2 hours, assessed the problem and recommended replacement. They were able to secure financing within a few minutes. They sent someone to bring and set up a portable air conditioner to cool the house down until they could come the next morning and install my new AC system. They came back and were on time, friendly, fixed my problem quickly, and were nice to my pets. John worked with me on a good value for my service and cleaning my ducts.

Brandon Amoroso came to the house for a furnace Rejuvenation. He was very nice and extremely professional. He took care of us and ensured our system was working correctly. He even tried to fix our squeeky front screen door. We highly recommend Goettl for HVAC and plumbing services.

Company states 24hr emergency service.I had a unit installed on 7-24-225 hours post install my condo was 85 degrees.My nest said no power wire hooked up.I called emergency service and they pushed me off until the morning cause they stated they couldn’t get a hold of anyone.So I had to spend 11k for someone to install my unit and it didn’t even work that night.The next day someone came out and said the water run off wasn’t level and it was causing my unit to turn off.The gentlemen leveled what he said needed fixing and that the AC was on.The condo cooled down and after 4 hours the nest thermostat stated the unit had no power… Again.I called 24 hour service at 7PM and they stated they can not send someone out till the next day.Why have 24 hour emergency service plastered everywhere and not provide on two consecutive occasions.So here we areThe condo is hot once again and Goettle dropped the ball again by saying yeah go head and be hot tonight and we’ll be there tomorrow.Add to the fact they put 5 holes in the wall said sorry the dry wall people are booked for a whileWe can have someone out in 30 days to fix the holes we put in your wall.All I get from customer service is lip service.I can’t talk to anyone in charge and no one has a solution.Terrible company. Terrible customer service.No discount offered.They stated the supervisor is coming out tomorrow. We’ll see what they say then…Hopefully we don’t get heatstroke waiting for them to take their time to get here.

My Uncle Jay is 82 years old and we were house sitting while he was out of town. Saturday afternoon we came in to notice water all over the floor. We immediately contacted GOETTL as they have done fabulous work with both our AC and water heater replacement at our house. Ivan was at the house in about 2hrs. He assessed the situation and we made arrangements to have the water heater replaced the next morning. Ivan came over smiling and eager to get to work. Everything was done impeccably perfect. I made my appointment with Goettl over a month ago for AC maintenance. I took the day off so that I can be at the home with no issues. about 2 hours before my scheduled appointment they sent me a text saying they are too busy and I would need to reschedule.I called the number to reschedule ant the next available appointment they quoted me was end of July. Are you serious? So basically the person on the phone told me the only people who are getting an appointment now are emergencies.Goettl spends all of this money of advertisem*nt yet when come time to book it's impossible to get them to your home.

The services I request. AC tune up, REJUVENATION, as the company advertised in tv, not even sure if it was done.The technician came down off my rooftop, showed me some pictures of his recommendation but never said what he did for the tuneup, stated he was going to email me a copy, he didn’t. The worst part is an invoice was emailed to me u set a totally different name. Called and emailed company to correct it but I’m being ignored.

I had a gentleman by the name of Ronald come out to my home. Ronald was absolutely amazing. He was respectful and polite well, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I recommend anyone utilizing this company, if possible ask for Ronald.He cleaned up after herself, he showed up on time, I myself was running a few minutes late, he was patient and respectful when I arrived, I had a lot of questions he was able to answer every last question, I owe this man an award that’s how incredible he was. Horrible company that will upcharge you and make you sign up for their membership. Only problem is with the membership is they say you get free Rejuvs .....they always call to push your date back months! The times i had work done, the tech showed up 2 hours late! The customer service rep said he was on way and was already in my location for 2 hours. After they preformed their Rejuvenation the following day my ac unit had issues and was blowing warm air!! They then didn't come see for 3 days! I've also called and scheduled appointments that never got booked! Last straw with this place. I'll pay the lesser money for Yes Man or Bumble Breeze and actually get good service. A dumb ad and a cute dog don't mean jack, folks! Let's also talk about false advertising. we're here 24/7... they have people answering phones to book for the next day but no technicians staffed for 24 hours....

We called Goettl to inspect and repair our water heater which decided to leak everywhere. The repairman was awesome, performed the fix and got us set up with their Sadie program...part of which is a free flood inspection which includes a water heater flush out. We set up the inspection for April 13, between noon and 4pm. They sent a text stating I would be getting another text about 30 min before the tech showed up. At about 4:30pm I called and the office lady said the notes on my file stated I was CALLED earlier and because I didn't answer they didn't show up. I assured her we were home all afternoon, with cell phone in hand, and we had NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO communication of any kind from anyone at their company. It was an OUTRIGHT LIE. It's been rescheduled for later this month but I'm not holding my breath. We rearranged our schedule to be here waiting all afternoon just for a no-show and to do it all over again. I also asked to speak to a manager, but was told they would have to request it and I would get a call the next day. Never happened. I do not see us staying with this company. A no show is one thing, but to lie about it is another. Just bad business.

Jhun their employee was professional but Goettl will absolutely charge you way over their competetitors. Additionally I was charged twice so I have to dispute the transaction with them.

My technician was and he Top was awesome. Very informative and I'm glad he was able to look at my HVAC in a timely manner as well.

I really like this company. They are really good respectable people. The people that work for Goettl is a good company to work for because they look out for the customers try to save the money if they can the people that work there like Daniel, James, Melissa, and more names that I can’t remember the names, but they were all awesome. even the management are good people they do A ok work. they number one in my book. they clean up after themselves. I have had a AC unit furnace water, softener, main lines put in. thank you.

I am profoundly disappointed by the practices employed by your company, especially in regards to the erroneous charges and persistent push for enrollment in your Sadle Club program.However, after reading the comments and experiences shared by other customers, I have come to the disheartening realization that I may have fallen victim to deceptive tactics employed by your company. Not only have I contacted your company for service four times this year, but I also had to reach out six times last year. These recurring issues should not be happening with a fairly new HVAC system, and I should not be charged when my warranty is still less than two years old. Called them for a diagnostic and they told me the motor in my A/C motor motor was bad. They tried to sell me a new $15k system. They’re like car salesman. I didn’t believe them so I told them no. A friend who knows about A/C came over and within 2 mins after taking off the panel he said, “it’s your capacitor”. He changed it in 2 mins and problem solved! GOETTL is a dishonest company. I cant believe their technicians are trained to be liars! They act nice but they take advantage of people. Stay away! Seriously!

We called to get our toilet checked out and repaired, but Scott went above and beyond to perform a full inspection of our water system and helped us understand where potential issues could come down the road.He not only restored our toilet to functioning order, diagnosed ournoisy shower, answered other questions I had, but also made us feel fully informed about our house's water system and what we can do to avoid issues in the future.Goettl exceeded our expectations. Did not offer options for a broken valve on my homes manifold system. Simply went straight for replumbing the entire house!!!! Wanted us to move out of the house for 2-3 weeks! Talking about putting holes in walls, jack hammering the slab out, holes in custom cabinets!!! $34K!!!!Even though if you Google manifolds you can order them!!! For under $350!!!And the other two places that came out would order the parts, and would take 5-8 hours to fix at a fraction of the cost!!!Sad a large nationwide company is not worried about anything except commission!!!Stay away from Goettl!!!PS did not wear booties in house or offer the free flashlight!PSS they did offer to cut a discount if we put in a water filtration system!!! $$$$$$$!!

Had a bad day when my AC quit working on the hottest day of the year so far. I only went with them due to remembering their name. Service guy comes out, he’s friendly but says I need a new unit. Then a sales person calls me and tries to sell me one unit for 16k and another one “the premium one” for 22k I told them no several times. The salesman on the phone was like a used car salesman and wouldn’t take no for an answer. They instead fixed the unit and charged me 3000 dollars after being told it would be 2700. I didn’t like this so I had a second opinion a couple days later. He came out for 25 dollars, cleaned my system and even checked my invoice from these guys. I got robbed by them for easily 1500 dollars! They charge way too much for what they do and take advantage of us in our time of hurt from the heat. I called them due to my invoice being incorrect just to be told that a blower motor and fan motor cost the same. After some research that is false and they won’t refund your money. DO NOT USE GOETTL! They suck and they are scam artist. Do better for the people of your community.

Keep in mind this is Las Vegas at 112 degrees and AC service and repair around town is at maximum capacity!!!Their customer service is out of this world and they are a pleasure to deal with.Thank you so much Daniel!

The Service Tech Jhun arrived on time and was very professional. He invited me on the roof to show me firsthand the issues my older system had and the difficulties it faced being an older system in this climate. He made reasonable recommendations, and I never once felt presured into a sale.

Arcadio was really professional and nice my dog loved him service was excellent.

They replaced both our entire units in our home with the new coolant. We were not impressed with the crew we had. They trashed the closet with attic access and the thermostats were installed poorly among other things. With that said they did respond quickly to our complaints and we were pleased with the fixes. The new units did reduce our power bill significantly.

Daniel is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained and took some pictures to show me what was goin on in my units. Then he did what he’s supposed to do. Good job.

Someone from their plumbing department came to my elderly mother’s home for a hot water heater flush. The repair guy told her that there was a problem with the connection and that he couldn’t do the job and that she would have to buy a new hot water heater and all sorts of other things totaling around $2000. She instead called another plumber who came over and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with her hot water heater. This company tried to scam her. I am writing this for her because she was afraid of repercussions from the company. Beware!

Brennan arrived on time to our home and did a thorough job on pin pointing our leaking water pipes. Took his time before just starting and no idea where it was leaking. The company as a whole was terrific I felt in good hands throughout. Thank you again Brennan and Goettl

When my air conditioner completely failed they completely and expertly troubleshot the old unit and explained why it needed replacement. Unfortunately the new unit was more expensive than expected even with senior and military discounts but after checking the price was not out of line and now I have a unit that is better than the original. The installation process was done expertly and quickly and they even replaced some damaged air ducting in the Attic without extra cost. On top of that, they sent someone out to repair the inevitable damage to the attic access in the ceiling and the repair is better than the original. I can recommend this company without qualification. You do get what you pay for.07/15/2021-Had problems with upstairs air conditioner not cooling below 78 degrees. After everything checked out but for a borderline six year old capacitor, they changed it and fingers crossed it looks like it might be fixed.09/28/2021-Annual air conditioning inspection revealed leaking ductwork in attic, high current draw on compressor, bad capacitor, and dirty condensor. William carefully explained these issues and ensured understanding. Condenser cleaned for free, capacitor replaced under warranty and compressor support units added no charge after I purchased duct cleaning and sealing service. I recommend Goettl and especially William.070623: When my air conditioner Compressor failed, Adrian Silva repaired it quickly and efficiently in the hottest part of the day, while patiently answering all our questions and concerns. Can't ask for more.082723: Air conditioner quit again. James came out and replaced a faulty capacitor in just 30 minutes. Back up and running. 👍

The installers were great! They were hard workers and had to install in extreme heat. They also protected my floors all the way into my place.They did cut a hole in the ceiling to complete the installation, but we’re very quick and efficient in sending out someone to repair the hole. The repair man for the ceiling was wonderful! I can’t see where the hole was, he matched everything perfectly, from the paint color to the textured ceiling.My only issue is that I contacted Goettl on a Saturday and they couldn’t come out until Monday. They offered to put me up in a hotel for the two days, of which I stayed one. They said will reimburse me. It was still inconvenient with a little dog who couldn’t stay in the air conditioned hotel room while I went to work, so I had to leave her home in the early morning with a fan. Luckily a neighbor checked in on her and kept her part of the day.When Monday came around, day of installation, someone dropped the ball and they didn’t have the right parts to install. Another day without air! They brought two window units to my place to help my dog survive the heat another day, while I worked. The units helped cool my place, but not as cool as they said it would.The Installation was delayed from Saturday to Tuesday.That was the most frustrating and inconvenient part. I am very happy with the end result,. I just wish they could have completed the job as promised on the first scheduled day.

Called Goetti yesterday because my air conditioner sounded like it was dying. Ken came to my home to run diagnostics. Ken took pictures of the problem and explained everything in great detail. We decided because the unit was so old that it should be replaced. Ken came to the house later that night and explained our options, called the boss to provide quotes, got us financing and scheduled the replacement for today. This was one of the easiest purchases I have made. They are courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Your Technician Thomas is a consummate professional. Once I showed him the problem, he went immediately to work. He presented me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision, then he proceeded to take care of the problem. Once he was finished, he went over everything to ensure I was satisfied. Tried turning on my system a couple weeks ago and couldn't feel the fan blowing at all. Called and scheduled an appointment and tech came out to investigate. He explained exactly what was going on with my unit and what could be done. As I feared, my 23 year old system had given out. A comfort advisor was sent out to explain all my options for repair or replacement. He was thorough and helpful and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed. Given the age of the equipment I went with a full replacement and it was scheduled to happen two days later.The replacement team was also professional. They showed up on time and got everything installed, tested and cleaned up in just a few hours. Their supervisor stopped by to check on progress and also took the time to explain the process, provide more information and answer any questions.One of the things I really like and respect about all the Goettl team is that they are respectful of me being a female and also the sole decision maker. Sometimes when I'm making big financial decisions or dealing with something technical the men I'm interacting with are patronizing or act like I won't understand. That's something that didn't happen with any of the people I interacted with at Goettl. That means a lot to me. Them being background checked and professional also makes it so much easier for me to let them in my home.Very happy with the work that was done. I needed a report for my unit ,I was charged 90 dls for the service and is been a week since I request a detailed report from the inspection to turn it In To my home owners insurance and I still don’t have the report ,I have the invoice with my whole name spelled wrong ,I can’t even turn in the in once since the name is all wrong ,very very bad service ,I called 3 times requesting the report and still nothing ,I’ll make my 4th attempt see if this company listen to me .Very bad service and the marketing in the media is all lies .

Tl;Dr -- My rep Antoine was great and took care of everything we needed for our AC system efficiently.Antoine Coleman was an amazing rep for Goettl, he came out on time and we were notified in advanced. He was very comfortable with me being a pest and asking questions and talking about the unit. He is very oriented and really focused on his task even though I was chatting him up. He was also very considerate of our home and entering with proper gear to keep our floors clean as well as being ultra careful with his ladder around our narrow hallways.Antoine did an amazing job cleaning both our outside unit as well as checking on our indoor unit and even replaced our filters for us (they are very high up and I'm not that comfy on ladders..) , It's great to know that Goettl is standing behind the equipment they installed for us two years ago when our original AC unit kicked the bucket.

The technicians were very nice and helpful. But charging 693$ to instal a 150$ garbage disposal seems excessive.

Wow! 110 degrees expected and my home insurance says they can come out in 9 days...whaaaaa?? Called Goettl. Explained the issue, A/C not blowing cold. Saved me time by sending a tech first who advised us the unit is older than he is. LOL NOT! Our tech was fantastic! Keith Urrutia was professional yet friendly. Didn't feel pressured, felt listened too and understood. What a pleasure to deal with! Our unit is DOA...but no fear! Keith made some calls, explained everything thoroughly, and wasn't annoyed at my 312 questions. We chose a unit (no pressure what-so-ever) They came the NEXT MORNING!! Adrian and his 2 man crew prepared the area and here comes the BIG crane!! That crane operator had some major skills! New thermostat and filters, and instructions to work the system. Just WOW! I could go on and on. Absolutely will use Goettl again and will sing their praises to any and all. Thank you doesn't say enough. From 104 to 78 degrees. God Bless

They came out to my Parents house, Who are in their late 80's, and told them their furnace was rusted out and needed to be replaced due to a burning smell. Cost was going to be $15,000. Had a local guy come see and it just needed some debris vacuumed out of furnace for $75. Unit in like new condition. Total scam and attemp yo rip off my Mom and Dad. I would never call them.

One by one all the houses in our neighborhood have been having sewer pipe issues due to old cast iron pipes. Needless to say, We were quite stressed as it was always on our minds that we needed to be proactive and find a way to get ahead of it before our house got flooded with sewage and our flooring, furniture and drywall got ruined, having to move out and pay expenses to live somewhere while we spend ourselves into oblivion! Randy and Zach were real bright spots snd friendly, consumate professionals in this whole misadventure, eliminating our stress by using understanding, being straightforward, helping us fully understand every step, never forcing or using pressure techniques to get us to feel like we had to do one thing or another. I feel completely at ease with what they have done and the coming project they will be doing. Thank you.

The worst! Very over-priced. Poor evaluation and failed to complete task.Replaced a capacitor for $355 where the part cost no more than $20. On top of that, charged additional $395 for labor and made it look like you get a deal by subtracting $50. Paid $700 for a temporary fix.The problem was not resolved and gave a estimated quote for $4400. There was NO WAY! Our unit is less than 5 years old on a 2018 home.Our A/C worked partial of the house. It was never broken. Apparently we had a zoning issue that was resolved a couple weeks after by a smaller company called Dakine. Ryan from Dakine said our side of the house was wired wrong. Did Goettl sabotage us? We will never find out.Update 5/9/23: Still mad about it. They blurred out the receipt that was posted. But, just take my word. You will be paying an arm and a leg for their services.

About two months ago I've called to cancel my Sadie contract, yet they keep charging my credit card. I've called over 5 times, complained about this on their web site YET NOTHING GETS DONE! Obviously they are dysfunctional to deal with AND THERE ARE NO EXCUSES!!!

Installation of new system is a mess and not done professionally. Many items needed repaired, I will update posting after I get someone to call me back. Same Goettl individuals came back out which was awkward and 10 minutes of arguing because they didn’t want to fixed botched install. They didn't have a clue on the issues with cutting bridge bracing on trusses. Not cleaning drain pan and still a 90 degree on flex gas pipe which it will restrict gas flow. 5/17 , once you need repair it is impossible to get a Goettl service or support person to speak with or return a call. 5/31 Goettl failed inspection have to come back to repair for a third time. 6/9 still not contact about fail inspection. 7/11 system has broken worked for 2 months only. 7/11 evening Goettl repaired and 7/18 Goettl made final repairs to all issues only took two months and many calls. Inspection is only item left.

Got a very professional and sweet response when I called this morning from a Alejandra, very sweet and professional she got me an appointment right away and got a call from Bruce that he was sending out a guy that would be here in a half an hour which was awesome and his name was Joshua very sweet professional installed a thermostat for me trouble shot a lot of things on my heater that probably nobody else would have done talk to his supervisor to give me some help on paying the bill which is supervisor's name was James and I am so happy with you guys you're not only honest and loyal to your customers you're very professional and just really sweet people thank you so much for today I really appreciate it all that he did for me I'm 73 years old I'm blind and one eye and can't see to read he made sure that everything was read to me I really love this kid I think I'm going to adopt him thank you so much Judy Peters 😁

On a 115 today, fast and efficient service is highly valued. We were expecting far worse news when I woke at 530 to a quickly warming house. I was pleasantly surprised to be at work by 11am, leaving the dogs home in comfort. Our unit is 12years old.

He was very knowledgeable and showed me everything he was doing, while explaining what he was doing. Fixed my issue with my clogged kitchen sink. Great service and descent pricing.

Goettl made a mistake installing our plumbing and instead of owning up to it, they would like to charge us again to fix the repair. I will NEVER call Goettl again. I have had more issues with this plumbing install. So very frustrated

Called and ask if a service was possible. Representative did not know but said someone could call me in the morning. Great. After the phone call it would be discussed WHEN they can come out a give me proper estimate after seeing my property. She asked for my gate code, and I stated why did she need that? I was expecting a phone call to see if the service was even possible much less could they come out and give an estimate. She said ok she understood.Then literally the next say, no phone call, they showed up to my property while I was at work and wanted to charge me for the estimate and go inside. I was not even home? Did not approve of any of this much less schedule it. He said he could not give me an estimate without seeing the property, I told him I had not even asked for estimate! Just a simple phone call.

I would never use this company again. They bait a switched us on a new HVAC unit. We agreed to a price and a brand they installed a lesser quality brand without letting us know and expected us to just deal with it. Now this POS unit is still installed in my house and makes so much noise I’d rather have my 20 year old unit back.

Ford was just here and was an excellent personable technician. Cleaned my kitchen sink drain and made some recommendations I joined the Sadie Club it was a great deal with all that it covers including my service for today. If all the technicians are like Ford it is a win win.

I requested a second quote from Goettel, and was actually told that I didn't need any of the work that I was told that I needed, and I was so thankful to Josias for being so honest with me. He saved me $4000 and I will always go to them in the future.

We had Goettl install 2 new AC units last October, empty promises of being there when we need them. For one, the techs that came out left a mess outside & inside out bedroom, trash, etc. One of the closets had to have the wall mounted items removed and reinstalled after, which the repair guy they had come did a HORRIBLE JOB! They shelves ended up collaping and damaging some items. I tried calling Armando about this and the fact that our room was not cooling as promised, no call back. Didn't think much of it over the winter, now that it is higher Temps again, I called for maintenance, was told a higher price than what was quoted, a manager was supposed to call me to discuss issues, no call back. Scheduled maintenance from their service plan, was told a different date, somehow, over a month out. So much for being there!

Arturo and Felix from Goettl AIr and Heating did a great job cleaning my air conditioner and heating ducts. So much dust. Kevin also deserves credit for organizing all the service. My A/C fan was running without cooling. James came out and quoted me $4300.00 - offered $3700.00 if I signed for maintenance with them. He disconnected the flow switch and told me not to run the system. The house was at 99 degrees for two days until another company gave me quote. I paid $600.00 for the same service as GOETTL. I am wondering if my husband (who was out of town at a funeral) would've received the same quote. And BTW - I could have ran the air the whole time. My name Is Andrea and James was the technichan.

So I’m not sure what all the good reviews are about i am a 17 year plumber here in the valley. This company had gone to my mother in law’s home. Worked on the a.c and sold them a water softener. They charged her 8,000 dollars for a softener that takes salt. WHAT!!!!!! That is crazy. People get a second opinion from at least one other company. That flash light 💡 must of been real nice. There are very good companies in town. That has been in business for a long time. I’m not degrading anyone install on there work. It looks cheesy, and anyone who knows what they are doing puts a filter after the softener to Catch the resin if it were to ever break which cost tens of thousands of dollars to get that resin out of your pipes and your fixtures. What a joke. It was put in perfectly. But 8,000 for a softener what I can see is probably 1,100 for the unit and 200 in parts. And a job that takes less than two hours to complete is unjustified. And I am very disappointed in this company for praying 🙏 on the week and elderly. I donate a lot to our community to the homeless people and who are less fortunate. I want to cry 😭. And it makes it even worse that I am a plumber. Goettell you got my family and I will spread the word to everyone. Even to my local community and church ⛪️ This company is almost identical as yes plumbing and Benjamin Franklin. THE CIRCUS 🤡 IS IN TOWN!!!!!!!

They charge 4x more than any other company and they over work their employees. They don’t install properly and there employees are the only thing that make goettl an ok company still don’t buy from them they are ripping you off

May 2023 update. Technician Steve came today to do the summer rejuvenation. Friendly and professional tech. Explained the process and findings. Both systems are new, so everything checked out good. Did a god cleaning of coils and now all set for the summer season. Had them out for fall prevention service and to review the systems that are here. I just bought the house and needed to understand what was in place.The service tech, Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained and provided photos and video of all components. He ensured keeping house clean and wore booties.My second unit is not in the best shape, and Kevin explained each of the issues. I will follow up with service managér to determine next steps (repair or replacement).I signed up for there service plan and am very pleased with the service and communication to date

Steve came out and got our AC running for us quick and even got our air filters changed. Customer service was also very helpful and responsive. Would recommend.

Alex arrived to replace my water heater. He was super efficient, friendly and professional. After removing & installing the new water heater, he identified a high risk problem. He want pushy, he didn’t do any hard sale tactics or anything like that. He thoroughly explained the issue in and allowed me to make an informed decision without any high pressure sales pitch. I have a service contract with Goettle. Today they sent out Brandon who knew exactly what he was doing. We had a noise that would occur every time we put the heat on. He located the source and corrected it. He was very pleasant and showed us the results of all the tests he performed as well as pictures he took as he performed the tests on the system. This morning I called Goettl and they gave me a response time, they also told me the names of the agents that would be coming out to my home.I have replaced the shower faucet cylinder in my master bathroom myself before but for some reason I could not get it right this time. I received a call approximately 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They arrived in a timely manner. When Shane came to my door he told me who he was and handed me two gifts from Goettl, I was dumbfounded. What a great gesture. Shane proceeded to advise me that there was another agent arriving shortly to assist him with my issue just as a second opinion- pretty smart I'd say. David, I believe, showed up a matter of two minutes. I showed them the issue and told them that I may have mead it worse. After a thorough inspection these two gentlemen gave me the news, both the best possible and the worst possible. I was able to actually hear the quotes over the telephone. Luckily it was the best possible! There was no secret calls as all the calls were made in front of me and on speaker phone, the company is very transparent and reliable as far as I am concerned. Shane was thorough is his explanation of the whole process and help to relieve my stress level as soon as he explained everything that was going to happen. David, a trainer I found out after the fact, was very educational and even explained the use of my tankless water heater to me-not even the issue I originally called about! After using a competitor for years, we gave Goettl a try because they offered after-hours services for no additional charge and they were able to come out to service our system the same evening. They advertise heavily in our area which is why we tried them, fairly desperate for help with a broken air conditioning unit. From start to finish, our experience with Goettl has been awesome. Our tech, James, was knowledgeable, helpful, and so friendly. Our repair took two days, which allowed James to befriend our dog, and our dog is not an easy friend to make. Every step of the repair process was explained thoroughly and the actual cost of repair came in lower than the estimate they gave. If you have a choice, choose Goettl. We’ve joined their membership program for continued maintenance and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Called on Monday because my water heater was leaking very early in the morning. Spoke to Haddie first. Props to her as she answered several questions, was very understanding and patient with me and set up my profile but I had to take another call and I said I would call back. (I was panicking trying to figure out how to shut off the valves) So I call back a few minutes later and spoke with Jane, she mentioned their computers went down and she would call me back in 10-15 minutes. I told her that I had already called and who had helped me before and that I was just getting the appointment set up for a tech to come over to service the water heater. She said she had my number, but that she would put me down for someone to come out. Took her word for it. I never heard back. I called a couple hours later to see if they could give me a time frame of when I should expect someone since I never heard back. Spoke to Christina I believe and she said they had never put me down. So disappointed and frustrated because time had gone by thinking someone was coming out and I had to find business elsewhere due to their lack of communication.

Devin did a great job of explaining everything to me throughout the entire process and he fixed the problem.

Bronco was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a great job describing the components of our system, how it worked, what needed fixed and what all options we had. Overall I would recommend Bronco and Goettl as a whole and am glad to have them as a service provider in the area.

My Unit is really old and they are doing the best to keep it up-to-date however it is now time to get a new air conditioning and they are trying to help me. The advice he give me. I can accept it but financially I can't afford it. I am going to look into some programs that can help get an affordable unit.. Or some help to keep my unit working

Danny was very communicative about everything involved in the repair process, and even stayed past his estimated finish time to address further concerns for us. These guys are super friendly and much more reliable than whatever plumbers warranties tries to give us.

James was very detailed with his explanations about the job. He was able to answer every question. Being a senior, I felt really good and confident with all of his suggestions and recommendations. He was also very sympathetic with our situation and very pleasant person to speak with.

My new HVAC unit is working great. Using 35% less power than the old one. For everything I have scheduled, they give me a time window but have always arrived during the first hour of the window.

Where do I even start with Goettl? I had purchased their membership back in may and had my first checkup. The tech said my compressor was not running at capacity so he mentioned with a new unit for 10-12k or a compressor saver and duct repair for 2k. We really didn’t have the money for either but I’d didn’t want the AC to go out in the summer. So we spent the 2k and not even two months later the compressor went out and they came out, charged me $49 to tell me my ac wasn’t working and it would be 15k now. Jeremy told me he would email my quote (which he never did even after I called and ask two days ago) and left the fuse off my ac unit. He never properly put my AC back the way it was. I spoke with Eric who couldn’t refund me my $49 nor could price match another company I ended up calling out to quote me. But he did tell me he would work on getting me my $199 refund on my membership. I am still waiting for that refund as of today. Overall Goettl was not responsive and did not meet or exceed my expectations. I would not recommend to anyone. My friend was considering using them and sent her somewhere else instead.

Goettl was my choice when I needed to buy my AC over 3 years ago. I have only had one bad experience and they fixed that issue very quickly! I have the Sadie plan and I feel I get my money's worth!

I am carpenter by trade paid them $89 dollars for scam quote of $4600 dollars. Ask the technician Paul. How long to do the job he said 2 hours. The job entailed going 25 ft with pix to connect pix to my kitchen faucet. Everything was done for them the drywall was cut ,holes drilled through the rafters. Told them the copper pipe they were replacing did not even need to be removed. Paul asked me how much do you think to do the job ? Told him there is not even $100 dollars of materials needed and 3 hours at a reasonable rate of $ 150 puts you at around $600 . He said that’s what I thought you would say. Check better business bureau before dealing with this company. The 5 star reviews are fake! The dont even have 3 stars on BBB! Garbage company! Viktor during our financing was pushy and rude. Bronco promised a number of things and delivered on nothing. Once he got the sale, he completely blew us off. Complete bait and switch the entire time. Have asked to speak to a manager no less than 3 times and never have. They got $20k from us 3 months ago and my ac has not worked more than a week at a time. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I am giving serious consideration to pursuing litigation at this point. Just an FYI for anyone misguided by the good reviews on here, they have less than 3 stars with the BBB and if you go on there, it's littered with reviews just like mine of people that wish they never got into bed with this company.Update:They left my home 4 hours ago, installed a new unit. Already having issues with the new unit. Have been placed on hold for 10 minutes now.

Kevin Schroeder for Goettl A/C and Plumbing came out yesterday to address a furnace issue. Our First and lasting impression was that we were so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and honesty that we decided to get the following work done; install a new return and supply, duct cleaning and sealing, and insulation upgrade. The work hasn't been done yet which is why I can't yet speak to the quality of the work, but we are confident they will do the job the right way and stand behind their work! He took pictures of everything and was very transparent which we appreciated! We came to learn that the last company we hired to install new ducts attached them, but didn't seal them so there was a lot of dust in them. It was shocking to us, but we really appreciated Kevin letting us know. He is great to work with and really went to bat for us when it came to the pricing of the work we were looking at doing and available discounts. We also joined their discount maintenance plan to keep our A/C maintained and cleaned before summer and our furnace checked before winter. Thus far, we are very impressed with Goettl. An actual person answers the phone when you call the company which is rare these days and it seems the people they employ are the best of the best. If you are looking for a stand up company that backs their work and employs knowledgeable people, we would highly recommend Goettl!!

Delta $1500 out the door!!Explained and asked if we could get one today. “Sure, you are a Sadie member we will place you on emergency, blah blah blah.Five minutes later I called back and spoke with Blake: Blake I’m wondering, in case your plumber doesn’t bring a water heater I like, if I buy one at Home Depot will you install? “Yes of course we do that all the time!” Awesome. Look forward to meeting your plumber later on.Four hours later plumber shows up but can not install mine because we need permits. Can not install the heater the plumber has in the van because plumber has a busted wrapped thumb. So there was NOTHING THE PLUMBER COULD DO BUT CHARGE $50.00!!! I called 911. I’ve been robbed. Not just the $50.00. They could have been forthcoming from the beginning, Instead they led me to believe they would fix the issue but in the end nothing happened except for getting ripped off!! I wonder how many naive people get taken advantage by these types of predatory businesses. They walk into a site and right away they are up selling and are quick to point out all that’s wrong and what a horrible disaster and it will be $10,000 tomorrow first thing, they were kind enough to offer financing!! GTFOOH!!!

We needed someone to come out for our heating system to give an estimate on repair or a new unit. Joshua showed up in the time that was suggested and very professional and courteous. The service men, Chris Moore & Angel Ortiz, were professional, listened to my concerns, and were very helpful. They flushed all the drains and lines leading to the house, checked the hot water heater and cleaned the walk-in shower floor where the initial backup occurred - who does that! So this has been yet another summer in the Nevada Heat with a broken AC Unit from Goettl. Just three years ago Goettl installed a unit that cost $20,000. They certainly were not the cheapest option but I figured I was paying for quality. I was wrong. I am waiting on my 4th warranty call in the past 3 years.I am currently sitting in a puddle of my sweat waiting on the Technician Abel to arrive. I was told they would be out between 12:30 and 3:00, it is currently 3:13. On top of that this same technician was out two days ago to fix the same issue.2 days ago when Goettl called to confirm my appointment they attempted to up sell me a membership for priority service I took this to mean they would get to me sooner if I paid them. This should be illegal. Every year people die due to heat stroke and Goettl basically has said, I know we put you in a potentially life threatening situation, but if you pay us a bit more we can fix the problem we caused faster. This is insulting and should be illegal. Question Goettl, is that the right way or the easy way? Goettl also replaced all the pipes in my house 2 years ago, I had them replace a water heater, and fix a leak. It is without exaggeration that I say I have given them more than $35,000 worth of business in 3 years, and yet I am not a priority.DO BETTER Goettl!And everyone else, call someone else.

I have bought 4 different units from Goettl over the last 8 months. Tech Jeremy has been amazing. We were able to make sound decisions and improve the quality of my house.They might cost a bit upfront, but going the cheap route is not worth it. Been there, done that.I joked with Manager Steve about being a spokesperson. I would happily do so!

While GOETTL was very expensive when I had to buy a whole new air conditioner unit, the service and professionalism is very high quality and they do the job right. The membership is really good value because it keeps all the air conditioner and heating equipment top notch so that I will hopefully not have to pay for a whole new air conditioner again. Kevin did a great job today when he did the heating rejuvenation to keep that up-to-date and clean. The membership has them come out every few months to do things like that and is very affordable.

Our AC went out and our home warranty couldn’t get someone out until Monday. We have a 2 month old so it was pretty important. I called Goettl and they sent out Kevin. He not only was able to get someone out the same day, but he showed up early. Kevin was phenomenal. He was informative, educated us on what usually happens, and then did his thing and told us what was wrong. He was able to fix it within an hour and our AC is up and running and it’s quieter than before. He was then able to find that we had a leak in our ducts in our attic. You should really advise people not to ask about someone's marital status or ask if there's another decision maker in the home.Questions should be worded differently.Are you the homeowner able to make decisions would have sufficed.After multiple quotes your company was almost 4-5x more expensive than the other licensed and bonded companies in town

I first off want to start off with saying DONT use these Guys for your services 3000 some dollars later we are still having the same issues with our plumbing an it makes zero since that we had such a huge job they had to do for us then to find out the guy just wasn’t looking right for what he needed to find they went from $6,000 to dig up something that was right in front of his face to $3000 all though they never dug up anything They literally ran some water threw our pipes for 3000 some dollars just for the same issue to come right back please DO call around for a second opinion NOT like I now I’m out of 3000 for the same problem

We had a Technician, Ron, from Goettl come out and perform a quarterly check of our system. My wife pointed out at the beginning that one of the zones (2) was not responding to the call from the thermostat. Ron checked it out and stated that the problem was with the zone board and that we needed a new one. I asked Ron how he determined that the board was no good and he said that he had tried using wires from another zone that worked and it did not work on zone 2, the bad zone. Ron did not leave an estimate for a new one so I called and got an estimate of 1380 dollars for an installed control board.Being wary of high estimates from a cursory check of the problem, I got online and read the manual for the zone board. It turns out that there is a reboot feature and a power cycling recommended to get the board working right. Ron did not say if he tried these two methods to get the board working. The troubleshooting part of the manual also states to use a jumper on the terminals to mimic the signal for heat from the thermostat. I went to the garage and made a quick jumper and went to the attic to troubleshoot the board. The reboot and onoff power cycling did not work so I jumped the terminals per the manual and the operational green led came on and the furnace kicked on then the fan. This eliminated the board as the problem. I went down to the thermostat and pulled the panel from the wall mounting. The batteries were good and the pins were good but I noticed the white wire from the wall attached to the Wg terminal, not the W terminal as it should have. I changed the wire to the W and Voila! the system came on. I am disappointed that Ron did not properly troubleshoot the board and check the thermostat. This would have only taken him 15 minutes. I know that Ron is thoroughly trained on this issue and I have no training. I suspect that Ron was only following the Goettl business model and leaving the actual fix to another tech to collect the exorbitant cost. Interestingly, I found a copy of the zone board manual on top of the return box where the board was mounted on.This is somewhat similar to a previous episode about 1.5 years ago where it was recommended by the Goettl technician to replace the two capacitors on the outside condensers for a little over 1000 dollars. I went online and found the hard start capacitors for 36 dollars each on ebay and installed them. Just a word to the wise to the homeowner, ask questions and do a little research.

I noticed dripping coming from a pipe on the side of my house, I called Goettl and they sent Matt out immediately. Turned out there was a clog in my condensation pipe. Because of their quick action, It saved me from a bigger issue down the road. Their customer service is amazing!

Christian Legaspi and trainee Zach did a very good job inspecting and cleaning our AC unit. They also checked our vents and insulation. They provided detailed explanations of preventive measures for cost savings, however, their recommendations seem a bit pricey which we would need to further review.

We had Maui Acantilado, plumbing expert at Goettl, here today to install a new kitchen and bathroom faucet for us. He did a great job! He was very thorough and took great care in the installation. He pointed out exactly what and why he was doing what he was. Explained things very well. We have used Goettl for all of our heating and A/C needs as well as our plumbing problems over the years and will continue to do so.

Steve was great, very friendly and walked me through everything that was going on. HVAC was old and dying, had the house at 86 degrees. They replaced it same day, and although pricey, it’s a must here in Vegas triple digit summer so it just had to be done. They were all very professional and courteous through the process.

Awesome company to do business with.I had the opportunity to meet Brennan my plumbing technician. He explained everything he was doing and I got to watch him perform his duties. We found the blockage and he was able to clear the clog and I got to see the condition on the pipes and it was going to need a pressure cleaning service. So for now my sink is working great and I happened to become a member of there maintenance club for maintaining my AC and Plumbing systemsThank you Brennan you have a lifetime customer.

I called on Sunday, Memorial Day weekend 2022, when we came home from the hospital to find ourfront yard flooding.I called several places and explained to them that we were coming home from 3 days at the Hospital from having our new son. The best anyone could do was have a plumber out the following day, even though I explained to them that running water was a necessity having a new born baby at home and a wife that had to go through surgery to have him.Goettl initially gave me a 4 to 6 hour window for arrival same day but said that they would try to come out sooner, given our situation at home.I told them to pencil me in but was nervous about the window I was given.30 minutes after my call, Brennan (their technician) was calling me to let me know that he was aware of the situation and was on his way.After assessing the issue, he gave me a series of options to take to fix the issue along with a price for each.To my surprise, he recommended one of the least expensive options to make sure that we could get the water flowing and the family taken care of. He even gave me a military discount for my service!Brennan got right to work and left the area in my yard with the main water leak looking better than what it was before. He even fixed the orientation of the box covering the valve as it was dug into the ground much deeper than recommended.I can't say enough about how impressed I am with how the entire team handled my situationFrom start to finish they all exemplified the motto and values of their company through their customer service and prompt response.My wife is happy too and really that's the only thing that really matters.Thanks guys!!!!

Nikki was very thorough in doing diagnostics on our AC unit that was not working. Her explanation was great for someone not technical and offered immediate fix. I hope to not need AC repairs anytime soon but will be looking for Nikki next time.

Consumer beware!! This company took advantage of my elderly mother who just needed a quote for her air conditioning system. When my mother told them that she couldn't afford it they told her don't worry about it you can just get it all on credit and pay a monthly fee, my mother was on a fixed income and could not afford the monthly fee or the service whatsoever however they took advantage of her and talked her into a payment plan. After that they checked her water conditioning system and told her that it was ruining her pipes so instead of just selling her a regular water conditioning system they told her that she would have to pay $7,000 to have her pipes cleaned and also get a new water conditioning system these are corrupt people they are devious and will take advantage of you and rip you off! I am currently suing this company!

On behalf of my husband and I we are beyond grateful of GOETTL Air Conditioning and Plumbing Service. Our AC Unit was not pushing out any cold air. Other than our kids we have 3 dogs.. mind you these past few days its been over 110 degrees. We called our home owners insurance on 07/26 and received the most poorest quality of Service from the Air Conditioning company they sent out 07/28. Come to find out our home owners insurance company is conveniently closed on weekends, so we called Goettl. Within 24 hours they sent a tech to our home. Not only was the customer rep just amazing over the phone but she was EXTREAMLY PROFESSIONAL. The tech Kenneth came over evaluated our situation and provided us with a sense of care and comfort that Goettl is able to assist us with our AC issue. Although we had to purchase a whole new AC Unit... the process was smooth, professional and extremely satisfying. The gentlemen that came to our home to remove and install our AC Unit complete the work with in 6-7hours. Again everyone whom we were in contact with were very professional and kind to our family.***we would definitely recommend this company moving forward to others in our situation***THANK YOU!

I own a cleaning company and have a list of older clients that I take care of during the summer one of my older clients AC went out they got it swapped out.. well recently winter hit and it was really cold I walked into the home it was absolutely freezing I said what is going on ma'am she says we don't know how to work the thermostat but they're coming out to help us fix it I go what is wrong with it they go I won't go to heat I went ahead and switched it to heat and set the temperature well I was there the AC man showed up and was wanting to charge them $350 for the call I went ahead and spoke to the manager at the AC company they waved the fee. That's absolutely ridiculous they would have charged them $350 to come out to just switch it over to heater.

Most disappointed. In fact, I felt as if I was being robbed. I have a water under warranty, but the Goettl tech, after a long consultation with his office, quoted me $3600 as a “warranty swap-out” price, which is more than twice the amount I paid for the water heater, which is still under warranty. And this price is only for the water heater replacement, and will be in addition to other things that would take the price for replacing my under warranty water heater to approximately $5000. I think that this grossly excessive at best, and fraudulent at worst…This may be a case for the consumer affairs agencies to investigate.Peter

I’ve never written a review before really for any company but this one here has won the jackpot lol. Honestly the WORST company I’ve ever received services from. They NEVER communicate, are always late for installs or maintenance, and from the very beginning after getting a new HVAC system, which was poorly installed, by them with exposed flashings and poorly installed shingles which have allowed elements to enter my roof and have caused extensive interior damage. I’ve had problems and have had to pretty much do their job through communications, writing notes, and inspections. Unfortunately I’m stuck with these guys until who knows when their mistakes will be resolved (over a year now). I had high hopes and have tried to be patient but oh well. I highly do not recommend.

Thomas was able to arrive about 40 minutes after the initial phone call which was way earlier than my appointment time. He knew exactly what was needed and was quick. He was also very nice and answered all questions I had.

Chad Jimmerson was an absolute pro. He got right to work and had our A/C back to pumping cold air within 20 minutes. He's a literal life-saver.

We had an urgent issue with our A/C unit just as the weather began reaching peak temps. From start to finish it was an extremely efficient process. We called on a Friday afternoon and we had a tech scheduled for Saturday morning. Adrian Silva arrived in less than 30 minutes from the call alerting us he was coming. He was friendly, quick, efficient, and explained the issue easily. We were super lucky to have him address our emergency. 10/10 would love having him help again with any future issues or maintenance of our systems.

Our technician Ronnie came out and did some initial troubleshooting to make sure our home water pressure regulator was the actual source of the problem. After reproducing the issue, he advised it could be the pressure regulator or a loose pipe in the wall. We decided to start with the pressure regulator. Even though it was a routine repair, he completed it perfectly. The valve is working and we don't hear any noise from the valve or the pipes. I would heartily recommend Goettl and their team for any of your plumbing, air or heating issues.

Very expensive! We have spent thousands of dollars with this company and even have the $15 monthly membership for years! We had a simple shower valve leak and they quoted us again thousands of dollars! But then took it down significantly if we supplied the equipment. The equipment was only about $200 and the job would still cost over $1,500. Ended up following my instinct and got another quote for ONLY $270!! Didn’t even need to break a tile or the wall! And that included the parts! I’m cancelling my membership that I’ve had since 2020 and never going to call them again! It’s true, if you give us a reasonable rate we’ll use you time and time again but every time they come out to our house every project was well over $2,000. BYE!

Had an outdoor valve rupture and had to turn the entire house water supply off. Had repair out to us in less than an hour and got us all fixed up right away. Very responsive and professional. Definitely recommend then highly!

Our A/C went down last year, and we had great service in getting a new unit installed. This year we had a garbage disposal unit malfunction, and they sent a tech named Milton to help us out. He also gave us a flood / drain inspection and took his time to come out to the house twice in one day to help us out. He was extremely professional, personal, and all around good guy. Our interaction with him made me want to commend him in a public forum immediately after he left. (I don't post reviews as a habit) but Milton is worth the mention. Great service, great guy.

Have used with good experience in the past. However today needed new garbage disposal. A garbage disposal costs about $100. This company wanted $700 with installation. They could have told me that over the phone rather than come out and charge me$50 to tell me about their grossly inflated pricing. Run away folks...

My only suggestion is that you reconsider the cost of the capacitor. Our son advised us they’re way cheaper than what was charged. I understand the technician did not determine the charge. He did an excellent job of cleaning up the AC and diagnosing the issue.

All of our toilets stopped working on a weekend! Goettl sent Justin to assess the situation. He was very efficient and professional. He needed to replace a fill valve in one toilet and reseat another toilet. He worked diligently to find the source of a clog in our septic tank. He got all toilets operational but needed further assistance with the clog. The next day Ford came and ran a camera in our drain and assured us that the problem was resolved. He was very knowledgeable about septic tanks and gave us valuable information regarding future operation of our system. We were very much pleased with his help and professionalism.

We hired Goettl for the Rejuvenation service and we are very happy with it! The service technician was early and really nice! Everything went as well as they say in the commercials too! We will definitely be recommending Goettl to our family and friends!

Danny, our technician, arrived on time and spent about 3 minutes listening to me tell him about my leak under the kitchen sink. He then got to work on it and had it repaired in under an hour. He was easy to talk with and explained the problem that caused the leak. We will have him back on any future problems.

I just moved into a house and the heating system was leaking and the air conditioning was supposed to be fairly new but I found out that just a few parts were replaced by the warranty company. They came in and took so many pictures to show me what is wrong with the system and how it’s rusting and leaking and so inefficient I felt very informed and then they consulted with us a few days later about what systems would be good for my home, and gave me a very good deal on the entire system being replaced so I can rest assured that my home will be taken care of for the many years to come The new air conditioner is so quiet you can hardly hear it’s on and I’m look forward to an efficient heating season to come. Very professional people very nice people and they will take care of the warranties and any time I have a problem they will be a phone call away. I recommend them highly. I think their prices are very good for what I got compared to other companies would charge me a lot more.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Moore (Technician), he was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel great about choosing Goettl! He brought over some merchandise which was definitely a nice gesture.He was able to unclog a toilet in a matter of minutes. This was a huge relief especially since I spent all morning trying to fix it myself. Also being a Sadie member has giving me piece of mind that I’ll be taken care of in the future. Nothing but 5 stars for Chris and this company.

Through a recommendation from our daughter we use this company to replace our water heater and from the time we called them everyone that we spoke to are dealt with have been very professional and caring about getting our water heater replaced. Entered into 10k contract to install tankless water heater in early February 2023. April 12, 2023, I received a text that the tech was on his way, the problem- he's supposed to arrive on April 13. Called Goettl, they apologized. 6:49 am on April 13, received a called from security guard that Goettl requested entry to the community. I opened my garage, and moved my truck to give tech room to work. Tech sat in his truck. I went back inside my home. After 20 minutes, I came out to see what progress had been made. The tech was gone, and no work had been done. I will never use them again.

Kevin rocks! We have used Goettl for about 5 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of equipment or service. Today we had Kevin, at our home, to complete the winter inspection of our heating system. He did a great job, was extremely professional and polite, and is truly a kind soul. Dispatch said the Technician would be there in 30 min, was over an hour. Charge was supposed to be $89.99 with a 5% discount for Seniors... Tech charged $169.00, and would not honor Senior Discount. Did not resolve issue and indicated it would be $3300 plus to potentially fix the issue. My first & last appointment with Goettl Plumbing & Air. I should have known better once they started pushing the maintenance membership. Enough said... I hope you have a better experience!

Highway robbery! Got an estimate that was so high. Turns out they didn't even diagnose the plumbing problem correctly. I loved them when I needed a new a/c unit. They were wonderful. But not this time for te plumbing issue.

Andrew came in and was unbelievably kind and professional regarding the sensitive situation. I was beyond impressed with this young man. So helpful and went above and beyond to help us with the dishwasher clog and even put the salt bag in the unit for me. Five star service and five start person!

Air conditioner failed from 110+ temperatures. I was able to get a same day appointment. John was our tech. Worked In the heat for hours and tracked down the problems, there were a few. We were so impressed He was thorough, professional, and friendly. Geottle put a whole new system in our house a couple of years ago and have backed all their work. Thank you!

There were 2 related occurrences for using Goettl. 1st was 11-20 for a clogged kitchen sink. Nato arrived on time, was just the right friendly & professional. He got right to work like a trooper & freed up the drain which was seriously clogged & took some time. He is a recent hire with Goettl yet TCOB like a pro.Fast forward. 11-29 the drain clogged again. I called Goettl for info on what my options were. The appointment setter-Brooke-was charming. Said at times badly impacted drains required more extreme measures & she would dispatch someone to determine execute a fix. Andrew arrived 12-1 ready to do battle with the blockage. He was also personable & professional. With the use of a camera he ran through the line he determined the culprit, gave us options & his recommendation.We feel good about giving our experience with this business, these service technicians a 5 star review.R & C Stewart

I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been binge watching “once upon a time”, but the service I received yesterday was like something out of a fairytale. My heroic villain, David, and his apprentice, Chris, went above and beyond on my routine plumbing inspection. They re- caulked my under mount sink that was falling down and even changed my light bulbs above the sink. They were both kind and courteous and got the job done quick and the right way. Thank you both for relieving me of some single mom duties. Every little bit of help means the world to me!

Maui is the BEST! He went through the whole house for a ceiling leak and found out my toilets are old and water isn’t good. Changing toilets and getting the water system on Monday. I absolutely loved the service but it ended up two days after my scheduled appointment. I was a bit of a “Karen” regarding the missed appointment. But they did me well regarding the mishap. Jeff was helpful and insured the job was going to last. Likely I will use their service again.Second time Josias came out for a HVAC Rejuvenation he was spectacular, prompt, & honest with regards of the system and faults. Happy I’ve switched to Goettl.

Goettl cancelled our original appointment. The appointment was rescheduled for 12-4 pm the following day. The plumber arrived at 4:45. We asked how long the job ( replacing a toilet and removing faucet from a sink ) would take and he responded with about an 1 hour. He submitted the request to office and after 15 minutes they came back with a price of $2,800. Yes that’s right $2,800 for maybe 60- 90 minutes of work. Absolutely ludicrous!! Was a waste of our time and theirs.

Paid Goettl $89 dollars for a diagnosis on our homes air-conditioning. Their technician (which are actually salesmen check other reviews) Christian explained to me that our system had been completely drained of it's refrigerant and that there were multiple shorts on the electrical system from a fan blade contacting them and the condenser blades. After about 1.5 hours he informed us we needed a complete new system, converted to r410a at a cost of $13,500. He then called his boss and negotiated a thousand dollar discount. We said we could call after a second opinion.The following day Excellent Air showed up for a FREE diagnosis, only to tell me the system was fully charged with refrigerant, there were no shorts on the electrical, and the fan could be easily replaced. After we told him about the quote we received he refused to accept payment from us!I reached out to Goettl this morning to let them know their technician (salesman) factually lied about the condition of our system and I have not received a call back from the HVAC manager.They can afford all the advertisem*nts because they choose to take advantage of people in their low times, everyone will believe what they are saying when their house is 90 degrees! Luckily we waited a day and got an honest air conditioning tech!!

When my kitchen faucet exploded, sending water to the ceiling like an open fire hydrant, I turned off the water and called Goettl. They were able to give me the fastest appointment. Phil came over and spent a lot of time analyzing the problem and explaining it to me in a way I could understand. Although the needed work has not yet been done, I am very satisfied with Goettl’s thorough response.

We bought an entire new AC system $15,000. In 2 weeks it’s broken!!! They tell you a time someone will show up and that doesn’t happen. After an entire new install, you’d think we would get better treatment!! They don’t pay for hotel rooms if the new system goes down . They don’t rush to repair it! They don’t care that you’ve had they’re installation crew was here for 16 hours total to install (leaving me in the hot house at 93 degrees inside). Then just 2 weeks later to go through this AGAIN!!We are senior citizens and our house temperature last night was 87.We are so disappointed at the lack of quality service. The repair guy today felt the need to leave the door open while he worked inside. It’s 106 degrees. Does he have a brain?????This is NOT QUALITY WORK!!!!A year later and I’m still having the same problem. Still unresponsive and stupid. I set an appointment and wasted my time with the dumb a@@ who forgot to actually make the appointment!!!! I had to call again and waste more time. They really just don’t care at all!!!!!

The technician handled my situation in a VERY professional calm matter as I was a little upset about the situation. I feel he went above and beyond not only to make the customer happy but beyond what he was in titled to, and I have to say goes along way with me and have to say good job Goettl! On April 18 I scheduled both a plumbing and A/C inspection.The plumbing inspection was scheduled for May 12 at 0800 to 1200; the A/C inspection was scheduled for the same day at 1230 to 1500. The plumbing inspection was done, the A/C inspection was rescheduled for June 5 at 1430 to 1730. The reschedule reason given was that there was a tremendous call for service from people who didn’t have A/C. I reluctantly gave my assent. I was GUARANTEED that you would NEVER cancel the next appointment.I received this text at 1600 the day of the second scheduled A/C service (for the 1430 to 1730 appointment on 5 June):Thank you for choosing Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing. You are next in line; however, our previous appointments are taking a bit longer than expected. For this reason, we ask for your patience and understanding. Don't feel like you need to wait around all day, because we'll make sure to let you know when we're on the way! We'll reach out via phone or text 30 to 45 minutes before our technicians arrive.At 1910 I sent this text:“Do you have a ballpark timeframe of when the technician will show up for my 2:30 to 5:30 appointment?Sunset is in 45 minutes . . . ?”I received a telephone call from a manager (?) telling me that the technician was overwhelmed with work and would be here very late. When pressed, he said that it would be after 2200. I said that I would be up until 0100 and to send him out. He then retracted his statement and canceled the service. He set an appointment for 0830 to 1100 the next morning, said he would credit my account with $50 and would notify management of my dissatisfaction.Today I would grade your A/C technician as a 9 (and also your plumbing technician), but because of your scheduling SNAFU I would grade Goettl as a 2: I would NOT recommend you to my friends. You lied to me about (1) never rescheduling me and (2) your manager originally stated he would send a technician late (2200 or so) and then retracted his offer when I agreed to it, and you also failed to live up to your SADIE membership guarantee of priority service.

Goettl technician was great. Arrived within the time block they schedule (arrived at the beginning of the time block), they were professional, allowed me to try an explain what I thought was happening without making me feel like the lay person that I am. Worked their take off to troubleshoot every possible way to fix the issue. Made calls to other SMEs for additional information. Unfortunately, to no fault of the technician, the issue was not able to be resolved. Top Jakovljevic was a great technician. Would trust him to work on the system again, or replace it with a new one.

Dave showed up on time, and explained what he fixed and gave recommendations for how to keep the machine running bc we just got this house and ac is important in Las Vegas. Thank you for his prompt and quick service.

Have had plumbing checks and A/C repair, and cannot speak highly enough about Goettl. I'm an engineering nerd, and I ask a LOT of questions, somewhat for general curiosity, but also to know what is really happening.Not only do they explain a particular problem, they break down what they recommend, what could wait, and what definitely is fine. Gives you the option to fix everything all at once or try to patch and push the expense to the next year (sometimes that matters to me).Everyone I've met at Goettl has been more than happy to answer everything I throw at them, they're all super friendly, and all work very hard, as they say doing things the right way. I'm sold, probably for life.They also bring a little thing for my kids usually, which is a nice touch=)

I signed up for the rejuvenation deal that they have going on but it ended up being a buy a new unit campaign. 2 guys came out and checked my rooftop unit first. I was told that I have a Freon leak on that one and that it was old, rusty, and dirty. I was shown a pic of all the components they were talking about but was then told that one of the side panels was halfway off and they attached it back on. After they attached it I later went upstairs and the air was blowing cool again and the unit seemed to be working fine. Then the buy a new unit pressure campaign started over the phone with one of the technicians supervisors after the technician told him that my upstairs unit was no good. They wanted me to finance a new unit with multiple reasons why including guil ridden comments. It felt as though he wouldn’t take no for an answer. I continued to decline the supervisor or sales rep but he kept asking me where do I have to be financially to get a new one. It really felt like a timeshare sales pitch. After I firmly declined I asked the technicians what they had done to rejuvenate my 2 systems and I was told that there was really nothing they could do because of the shape of the systems. I asked if they were even going to clean the downstairs coils and at first I was told that they couldn’t because they didn’t want to mess anything up. Then I was told that if I wanted they would run water over the coils if I wanted them to. Finally said I would just do it myself because I’ve cleaned the coils before with a spray and it worked good and only then did the technician tell me they wound clean the downstair unit coils. They had told me how dirty the upstairs unit was but it wasn’t cleaned like the rejuvenation deal promotes. I get it that my units are older but I am very disappointed that this experience turned out to be a BUY a brand new unit sales pitch rather than what the rejuvenation promotion says it will do. And after telling me that I have a leak on the ac unit upstairs but the air got cool after they closed and secured the panel on the unit, has me wondering if I really do have a freon leak. They didn’t do even just the basic coil clean on the upstairs unit like their rejuvenation campaign advertises…

I particularly impressed with the professionalism and flexibility of Adrian Nunez. He was able to accommodate our need. He is actually here to do the cooling maintenance but because it was already done by another company last April I asked him if he can do the heating instead. His response was you tell me what you need and that's what I'll do. The reason I asked that is we're not coming back until April next year and I want to make sure the heating is properly maintain prior to upcoming winter.Definitely Adrian is the kind of technician anybody should have.

Well, i'm sad to say that Goettl seems to have gone to the dogs as a lot of companies have over the years. This past year, I have constantly been having issues getting a call back or an appointment even though I am a member of their Sadie guard dog membership. The attitude of their staff as well as some of their technicians is incomprehensible as I am paying for them to fix things! The last time they gave a quote, I had to call four times to have it revised as they quoted wrong and then they said I must have my spouse present to move forward. I PAY the bill! When the technician arrived, he looked over the quote and said it was wrong and we'd need to pay more for the job. His boss did not seem to care that It was way more in cost than the quote and tried to blame the tech when I heard him dictate exactly what was needed. The only good person there was the technician Ivan Ivanhov, who was really polite and attempted to help as much as he could. A year ago, I would have told anyone to hire Goettl. Now I'm hoping to warn those who do not want to deal with incompetency.

So I wanted to make sure to share my experience with Goettl so everyone can make sure they're getting the best repair needed. I recently had my AC go out and remembering the catchy jingles I called Goettl in hopes it would be an easy fix. After the technician arrived 30 min late they advised it had a coil leak and would give an estimate as far as what it would cost to repair it. $3900. I was blown away, I wanted to know what exactly would be done for that amount. They would first drain the freon, identify the leak, fix the leak, & then refill it. Sounds good right? WRONG. I asked what they would do to fix the leak and was advised they would patch it. So $3900 to patch it?!?!? I immediately said thanks but no thanks and was given a bill for $89 for the service fee even though it said online it was free. I called M&K Heating and Cooling and after their FREE service check and checking for the actual replacement coil we ended up having to replace the AC condenser or wait till September for the replacement part to become available due to supply constraints. $3500 for a whole new outside unit vs $3900 for a bandaid. What do you think was the winner? Bottom line folks be sure to ask detailed questions about what Goettl will be actually doing for their repairs

David C was beyond extraordinary. Extremely courteous, professional, and eloquent in conversation. Provided excellent guidance in future maintenance for my home. Really made sure that I was taken care of and now my house is cool as can be. I highly recommend David C for all your HVAC needs

Where to start...Monday morning, we had a leak in our front yard. Main pipe broke and water was flowing out of ground. We turned off water and called Goettl. We were told someone would come between the hours of 2-6pm. Guy called after 4 and said he'd arrive within the next 45 mins. He got here around 5pm and don't get me wrong, he was a nice guy and we chatted about our kids and life. But that was it. He didn't dig, or check to see how bad the leak was, or check to see where the leak was, did absolutely nothing with our problem the hour he was here. He did however...chat with his boss on speakerphone to update him, get us 2 different quotes, explained our options, punched some things on his tablet, give us a Goettl stuffed animal dog, take our $89 payment for him coming out, and tell us about their membership plan. To repair the leak from the current pipe with no warranties, it was going to cost $4,500-$5,000! And then if we wanted to replace the entire main pipe (which is what he recommends) that would go from the meter to where the pipe entered the house...it would cost $16,000-$20,000 due to having to go under concrete driveway. I was in absolute shock and just flabbergasted with the price! We told him that we would have to think about our options and would give him a call tomorrow with what we decided. Then he left and within 5 mins, we both get a text and an email that a tech was coming the next day. So we had to give a call to company asking them to fix this. We decided we would NOT nor would we EVER be using them. We ended up getting a buddy to come over and help us...within 3 hours including digging and a trip to Home Depot, our problem was fixed and was less than $100 for supplies. Don't understand how this company could charge almost $5,000!

Paid $89 service call fee for diagnostic.Determined I have refrigerant leak somewhere in the system. Would’ve been $500 service fee to search and pinpoint where the leak is coming from. At that moment, & as a courtesy the technician charged up my AC with refrigerant (supplied by myself, R22)Technician seemed to always funnel the sales pitch to simply buy a whole new AC unit, roughly 16K - 21K for replacement… Their charge for doing the repair needed was roughly $1,400 (find refrigerant leak and perform repair) to replace the entire AC unit the technician was eager to do the job today on the spot no issues in scheduling… if I had opted to go the route of finding the leak and perform the repair, scheduling would’ve been in the next two days. I decided to go with another AC company. Did get several quotes, GOETTL was most expensive in every service quoted, from 33% - 100% more costly than competitors.

Six hundred and thirty-five dollars for parts to make sure my less than three year old HVAC system, installed by Goettl, will actually turn on. Technician was more than half an hour, beyond the three hour appointment window, late, as I’m taking time off from my work. When I asked the gentleman on the phone what the holdup was, please know that, “Well we’re very busy. We’re taking a lot of calls” was a terrible response, as I’m very busy too; at a minimum, don’t make your problems into your customers’ problems

Alex and Johnny where are my plumbers they were very kind professional and did all the work correctly the first time they replaced a cartridge in my shower handle they cleared a clog in my master bathroom sink and they did a small adjustment on one of my toilets they were just amazing and I'm grateful to them and for the company for their amazing service the owners of the company are super amazing as well.

This was my first time using Goettl and I was beyond impressed. Scott was professional, friendly, took his time explaining everything to me and I learned so much. He talked me through what he was doing step by step which made me feel very comfortable. This repair is for my fathers home and my father was worried about me being up sold. That wasn’t even an issue. Because of my great experience I will request Scott to come out as my tech from now on as he made the experience way better than I anticipated. David was a bit past time range given however not a problem this time. That said, he was friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable about our two different units; a York which was original to our 20-yr old house and a Trane which was replaced by previous owner in 2018. We bought this house last year. His observations and honest opinion provided us comfort and information on what we could expect in the near future. We appreciated his advice and recommendations and glad he was here.

Amazing!! Highly recommend. Scheduled them for a routine maintenance and they found a serious fire Hazzard! Sparking electrical panel and a leaking gas line! Recipe for disaster. Fixed on the spot. I'm so thankful that I called for this routine service.

NO HEAT?! I woke up this morning in a blizzard it seemed like !…I called Goettle had them look at the old unit and we got it replaced the SAME DAY . They sent a awesome Tech named Branislav Konear out he was able to explain to my older landlord what the issues as to why I had no heat . And they even matched a previous company’s price! The crew was awesome and got everything done with a smile and were very friendly. I’m glad my family was kept warm this year because of this company Goettl Air good job guys .

I have the Sadie plumbing and ac service yearly check ups . And every time they come over they try to up sell and definitely overprice whatever repairs you may need . I had a noisy toilet that needed a new gasket or flapper they quoted me $500 ! I refused and did it myself for $35 , I needed attic insulation they quoted me $13,000 !!!! I refused and had it done elsewhere for $3000 …. They are absolutely trained con artist!!!!!

Call this company, to fix my water heater, no hot water, Tech told me that it was pilot light was out, also told me I need to replace water heater every 3-5 years. I was charge $85.00 for this service. Two days go pass and still no hot water. He did not provide me with quality service, and wanted me to purchases a new tank when I disagreed, it was a oh well attitude. I had to call different company to tell me I needed to replace the control valve and pilot assembly. Why wasn’t I told this by Goetti Plumbling, they live up to their name.Goetti is out to take your money and nothing more, do not trust these people around my gas lines , AC, or anything else, have no clue on how to fix or repair water heaters.

I can’t say enough about this company. My tech Top Jakovljevic was absolutely amazing. He was hours early which was awesome considering my air conditioning quit. Had it up and running fast. Great price too. Thanks Goettl.

Arcadio and his partner were professional and extremely helpful/informative. Never felt pressured to pay for anything however they gave an honest assessment and explanation of the state of my system. I decided to proceed with the preventative maintenance at their recommendation. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Our tech, Christian was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through the entire process in a way that I understood what I was paying for and how to maintain proper upkeep. Price was a little high, but it was worth not having to do it myself. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in the valley

BE AWARE! DONT FALL FOR Appearance of professionalism!almost $4500!!!!! for a regular water heater replacement!!Few weeks ago, my water heater needed replacement so I called Goettl. Now, I do blame myself for not knowing much about price ranges and what they entail so when they gave me the price , I accepted it eventhough it did feel like a bit expensive (they were actually kind enough to give me some discount! - but again, sadly I didnt know what I was doing.Fast-forward few days and I am casually mentioning to my friends how I had to change my water heater for $4500 - they were all shocked!! (in fact they started laughing and I dont blame them). In case, you are also uninformed like me: changing a water heater should run something around $2000 with material and labor (some actually say cheaper than that!) Just do your own research online or ask your friends who have had it done . Needless to say I mostly blame myself for being ignorant however I never thought I'd be taken advantage of like this!Needless to say, Ill make sure my friends and family are aware of what happened. Ill be sure to file complaints with the right agencies - To me this feels like price gouging!

The technician Said they cannot get the clog out they wanted to jet all my piping for an extra $3300 And that was the only way the clog was gonna come out and at the end of they wanted to charge me a service call which I pay a monthly fee with them but he wanted to argue with my son about money to where he had to call a supervisor to figure it out that I do not have to pay the money for it and the excuses was somebody wrote it wrong on the paperwork and I still have a clog so they did nothing for me

Ken was a very stand up and intelligent tech. Our issue with our unit was super complex but Ken was able to go over the options and make sure we were comfortable with our decision. Highly recommend and would definitely request his services again down the road.

Who knew Goettl also handles plumbing issues! Normally I don't write reviews but the team did a great job helping us out that I have to give them shout out.When we noticed a water spot above our living room, we contacted them. Even though they were busy, the service rep understood the urgency and got someone to the house within a couple of days. Brennan figured out the issue immediately, and along with John, helped us get great pricing for the job - to fix a drain leak because the home builder didn't do a good job inspecting their work (house was brand new and we had only lived in it 4 years). It was late at night but Brennan coordinated with John and his team to get the work scheduled and completed within the week.Mark and David arrived early the next day. They were were not troubled by my many questions. David even offered to vacuum the carpet even though there was only a few specks of drywall on the ground. David definitely earned his title as the zealous comedian!Everyone we interacted with at Goettl were of the same mindset, solutions based, and provided exceptional customer service. We really appreciated this and will definitely use them in the future.

If I decide to go with Geottl, I would request Kevin. goettle put in my AC unit three years ago this month and I’m having problems with the technician supervisors that just came out damaged my home and a supervisor is calling me back and particular I was told Manny was calling me back. So my question is why would I hire Goettl to do my water heater having such problems with the AC side.

Very nice services man and customer service. But this is a super expensive company charging hundreds of dollars more then other charge for the same products and services. No way a water heater replacement in a manufactured home should cost $5000

Service Technician Roy Adame just left my home and was here longer than expected because he did everything with precise detail and knowledgeable explanation on our Air Conditioner Unit. We are both Army Veteran's and enjoyed each other's company, which we connected in so many ways. Here is my assessment on Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing. They PUSH a lot of ADVERTISING & extremely good at it. Also, they're not CHEAP. Bottom line & truthfully, I wouldn't utilize there services.

Jhun with Goettl came by to perform our regular maintenance on our hvac system. He was awesome! Jhun was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Goettl and their service team to anyone and everyone I speak with who needs hvac service or replacement.

I wanted 3 under the sink water filters installed, but the hook ups were not compatible. It would have been about $2,400 to change the hook ups to install the filters. I couldn't afford the reverse osmosis they offer either ($1,800). The technician was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. There was a little confusion with the supervisor about the work and the quote. He could have been nicer. Otherwise, the service was efficient and they responsed quickly with a same day appointment on the weekend.

Very expensive overpriced now we know why they will not give you a estimate over the phone the gentleman that came to our home was very helpful and professional well mannered his name was Jose Vera he was able to contact his boss to get a price. We. Purchased our own faucet and the equipment needed and the company was still not willing to lower the cost to install it I feel bad for the guys that come to the house to install the equipment for the customers they must get yelled at a lot this Goettl is horrible !!!!!

Very responsive and professional interaction from initial contact through two home visits over 2 days involving 2 technicians & two helpers.Everyone has been personable & eager to explain processes and answer questions.Technicians clearly presented & explained additional recommended follow up options without any sort of high pressures sales techniques.I am extremely satisfied, and eager to receive additional follow up recommended services for my home from Goettl.

He’s a 10 Goettl was very professional in handling my problem, keeping me informed at all times if they were going to run late or when they were arriving they would call and tell you they’re on their way. They were very helpful! Came out the day we made the call and worked outside in the Vegas heat. They walked us through what they had to do, how they were repairing our unit and even showed us a video to help us understand. More importantly, he fixed our AC! $355 for a 20 minute hose bib repair with no drywall. Guy said that was after $90 inspection fee was waived. Other local plumbers quoted about $150 for the same job. Unfortunately this was the quickest and most available service so I paid their fee. Good work, ridiculous prices. Go small business if time isn’t a problem.
