Accountor Outsourcing is accelerating its digitalization journey to build next generation Financial and HR services. To our Processes & Intelligent Automation team, we are now looking for an Intelligent automation (IA) Integration Developer who has previous experience with integration platforms and/or other low-code automation technologies.

At Accountor, Intelligent Automation (IA) is an umbrella term consisting of Robotic Process Automation (UiPath RPA), Integrations (Frends integration platform), and other automation technologies. The main responsibility of Processes & Intelligent Automation team is to ensure that all development, support, and maintenance of automations and other integrations is done according to our common IA way of working and technical framework. In addition, the team supports and coaches the country-specific IA Hubs in handling any country-specific implementations, as well as in identifying, planning, and deploying new automations. Currently, the team is strengthening capabilities especially around integrations to further accelerate Accountor's cross-country digital transformation program.

What you will be doing

As IA Integration Developer, you develop and maintain integrations between various internal and external systems using Frends integration platform. This includes designing, building, testing, and deploying integrations. You also work closely with business stakeholders and projects to understand integration requirements.

You configure and manage integration flows and components to ensure efficient and reliable data exchange between connected systems. In addition, you monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. We also ensure that the documentation is up to date and of high quality.

To succeed in this position, we see that you need to have

• Previous experience from developing integrations or other low-code solutions. Experience from Frends integration platform is seen as an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work and technical documentations.
• Relevant higher education degree in business or technology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to facilitate solution design.
• Fluency in English. Mastering some Accountor country language(s) is an advantage, but English is the main working language.

In addition, you will benefit from

• Good understanding of API endpoints, REST and swagger.
• Knowledge and experience with C#, SQL or XML/XSLT.
• Experience in operating in a international environment with matrix organization.
• Experience in financial industry is seen as as an advantage but not mandatory requirement.
